Worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. The quesadillas I received were pitiful. Over half of the quesadilla had no chicken and a sprinkle of cheese but cost nearly $8. Beware of using uber to place your order, apparently you're not treated as other customers and aren't allowed the privilege of using the drive thru to get your food, even when you get blocked in and have to wait in the drive thru line anyways! I've heard of this policy for uber DRIVERS not paying customers. To top it all off, they forgot all of the fire sauce that was supposed to come with my order. I will be avoiding this place in the future and encourage others to do so as well. You can get better customer service and quality food for the amount you pay here at other great restaurants in our city. read more

Settle on a price for pintos with no cheese or sauce. Sometimes they are 99 cents. The next week they are 2.59... still no cheese or sauce. Now I just keep a couple cans of Rosarita's in my pantry and put them on to heat before I pick up hubby's crunchwrap. I have already hacked the crunchwrap too so congrats on losing another customer. Now I don't even have to get dressed on Sunday morning for breakfast! Thanks for that. I have 6 Sundays of ingredients for the price of one crunchwrap and a side of beans. Quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant in the area. They completely disregard simple requests for modifications on an item, and will mess up your order entirely and act b**chy if you dare make them aware of that. Normally, their sh*tty service doesn't bother me, but this time, I was genuinely hungry and disappointed when they included stuff I explicitly didn't ask for in my meal, as it disgusts me. Too bad I actually have to give one Star. Asked for a minimum of 12 hot sauce(4 for each item ordered). He said OKAY No Problem. I got 5... enough for one item. Then my 5 layer burrito was basically just a shell. Not only was it seriously skimped on fillings, but was check out how it was wrapped in the picture. Very disappointed in this branch. However, the Hayden Taco Bell is even worse. It's my opinion that the regional manager is who is responsible for the tremendous decline in food quality and portion control. Come on everyone's so hard on this place if you don't like waiting in line then maybe you should fill out an application and work there because everybody is struggling right now because too many people are going through the drive-thru but don't want to work in the Drive-Thru. The employees have always been so incredibly nice here even when they've been treated like garbage all day. The prices are so good if you get the app. If you get the app you can pay on there and the lines won't be as long cuz you won't be staring at the menu holding everybody else up the prices are cheaper on the app. It's taco bell....we all know how good it is read more

I use DoorDash at least once a week to get my lunch, over the past few week, there hasn't been a single hot sauce packet included even though I request them every time on my order. I've called on the last three orders right after I order...and state that I would really appreciate some hot sauce and that they keep getting missed. Just today, I find out they haven't had any hot sauce in the restaurant for almost two months??? Ok, I understand supplier issues, what I don't understand is why I was lied to several times when I called and told they would make sure. I spoke with the manager, she wouldn't give me her name, she stated that she would throw in some Fire hot sauce as they have a few left...my order shows up, guess what??? No hot sauce. I called her back and asked why the Fire wasn't included per our conversation, the reason? "I wasn't out on the floor when we spoke, so I didn't tell the drive thru team who made your order". I ordered 4 simple tacos, with no special requests on my order; plus a burrito, a cheese quesadilla and chips and cheese. I drive home 18 minutes after getting off a 12 hour shift at work, and find all 4 tacos I ordered like this. (See picture) Just meat and cheese and a few sparse pieces of lettuce. It looked absolutely disgusting. So for moment, I thought maybe I got somebody else's order? I mean I'm sure there's people out there that just like cheese and meat and one or two pieces of lettuce in their taco, but my order was all correct and I got everything I ordered. I went to Taco Bell and we ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes and only got 1 for the price of 2. After we got to our hotel we opened the crunchwrap and it was almost like a soggy texture and was falling apart before we touched it.
