Their attitude is immaculate it makes me feel so welcomed and always excited to come back again. They are very understanding and communicative. I know this is a very in-depth review, but I've had some very rough nights and sometimes the staff here at the end of a really awful night will make me feel so grateful for the genuinely great people and services we have in life. I was compelled to start this Yelp account solely because I have been disappointed by this particular Taco Bell location so many times that I would be shirking my civic duty to not warn others. It is possible that I may never have gotten my entire to-go order. This afternoon my husband asked for sauce and was told that sauce was already in the bag. It wasn't. He even checked through the bag quickly, assuming sauce might be under the napkins. At least we weren't missing multiple items when we got home this time, only one bean burrito. The rancid oil taste was so strong that the cinnamon twists were inedible. No one expects Taco Bell to be a fine dining experience. I remember when I first got to California you were some strange exotic place to get something called tacos. When I finally braved up to try it I was pleasantly surprised by you. Not only did you have tacos but you had something called burritos and if I wanted to crawl back in my comfort zone you had something called Bell Beefers on your menu, Mexican hamburgers kinda. Long gone are the Beefers replaced by other Taco Bell creations. Among them were Chalupa's, Enchritos and your newest, Quesarito's. Did you know comedian George Lopez has the funniest routine making fun of your food? Anyway, lets zip to the present. Last night I had your Cantina Power Burrito with steak and chicken soft tacos. I have to say these items were very good. The burrito had tender steak, fresh veggies that actually crunched and guacamole, always a winner. The taco's were light and tasty. I like the taco salad, although I think they could put a bit more generous with the items in it. I remember years ago when hubby and I belonged to Weight Watchers they recommended the soft chicken tacos as a good diet food. Not only do they falsely advertise the double steak nacho box at $5 but charge $5.99 but I had a terrible experience. I was told it's a franchise so they can charge whatever they want. I always get the spicy potato soft tacos and the potatoes are hardly ever fresh, they are very stingy with the chipotle sauce anything that I ask to have chipotle sauce on there's hardly any sauce on it, and the sauce is never well distributed on the taco it's just a blob off the the side and I end up eating the small amount of sauce in just one bite. He rattled off the difficult order before us with incredible speed and accuracy. He was polite to EVERYONE! Very quick to re-supply the condiment station. And when he noticed that the dining area was a mess (and it was...the booths looked like a small band of wilding children had fingerpainted the seats with refried beans) he quickly swept and wiped up all the mess. Horrible Taco Bell. I have frequented this Taco Bell about 2-3 times a year out of necessity, for 5 years. I have learned the drive-thru staff can't hand food out the window without getting the order wrong. I even dumbed down the order to just taco's with extra cheese. Turns out the extra cheese was too complicated. For 5 years they have screwed up 100% of my orders. I filled out a survey off the receipt concerning how poor this franchises process was. I was told I would be hearing from a district or area manager. They never contacted me.
