Pretty good place for a nice quick bite. It's kind of like a slop bowl place, but you can get tacos or burrito if you wish. Service was pretty friendly. I had a bowl and my husband had a burrito. They had a vegetarian option of a protein-tofu with mushroom which was great. Ambience is very chill and laid back. They have outdoor and indoor seating. Unfortunately the chairs are all backless and all bar stools, so it's pretty uncomfortable to seat. Price is very decent. Definitely a great place for a quick meal. read more

I tried to act like a normal adult and order responsibly. That lasted about 30 seconds. I had to up my portion size to accommodate everything I wanted to try. The food was fresh, packed with flavor, and the portion size was big enough for two meals. They serve the food"Chipotle style" where you walk your BYO plate down the line. I got the Noodles with Buffalo Broccoli, mushrooms as the protein, pineapple salsa and sweet corn sauce. It was pretty tasty! The noodles had a good sauce and flavor. The mushrooms were cooked well, the broccoli was crispy and delicious! The sweet corn sauce was interesting! All I have to say is wow. I got the original margarita and the dirty burrito. The margarita, phenomenal, not too strong, just right. The burrito was so so so good, I got the Mexican rice and grilled steak to go on it. The rice was so great, the steak was excellent, not tough, great flavor. I also got the sweet corn sauce to put on it, I've never had a sauce like that. I'm drooling typing this. And to top it off the service was very nice. Very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Seemed very clean inside. The ambiance was nice, it was loud but it was also busy so I'm not gonna complain. Veggies- the best broccoli of your life fried with buffalo avocado sauce. I could eat a bucket of the stuff. Protein- I'm a sucker for a nice charred and grilled chicken. Therefore, the ancho chicken is my favorite! Mexi things- I really enjoy the corn salad. The plant based queso is good for everyone. The chargrilled pineapple salsa shouldn't be missed. I've had their guac once or twice, but I would suggest getting it as a side and using your choice on something else. Sauce- the Guac sauce is my favorite. I would say they're all good, but on this visit the sweet roasted corn sauce had a mustardy taste- not for me. Last, but NOT least. Their chips!!!! Salsa is good just like the guac, but these chips are so fresh and hot! Better than a majority of Mexican restaurant chips. Do not forget to grab a bag with your meal! I always like to try something I really liked twice so headed back to Taco Dirty after reading other reviews. They did not disappoint! The ingredients were fresh and replenished regularly. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean, despite being busy and full of customers. I can't name my bowl because I improvised my ingredients. But I had double cacao cilantro noodles, Buffalo Avo broccoli and yams. Citrus chipotle & fried chicken, with Buffalo avocado sauce. My goodness! The heat was delicious, the portion ample (leftovers). I highly recommend you try this combo yourself. Now the downside. It's not going to change my 5 stars but it needs to be noted. Melissa for my to-go order was a little slow. They said two minutes and it was more like ten. While I waited, I went to pour my drink, selecting the strawberry kiwi and it tasted like water, not even fruit flavored water. In fact all of the juices were watery. The chicken was diced very small and there may have been a spoonful or two of it - SCANT. I love pickled red onions but these were some of the worst I've ever tasted. And since many toppings aren't offered without an additional cost despite the very TINY amount they give you, it's more costly THAN IT SHOULD BE to experiment with a flavor profile you might like.
