The food was inedible. Greased poured off my meal like a flood gate on a river. The food took more than 45 minutes to make, and the tacos still came out cold and stuck to the wrapper, like they were a person who had fallen off a cliff and hanging on for dear life. My wife and have gone to taco bell for a long time however in the past 3 weeks it seems to be wise to go to a different place, it takes 40 minutes to get an order and if your a door washer, we'll bring a book because it's longer than 30 minute wait. The afternoon shift is the leftover crew from dumb and dumber! A worker in the middle of an order just walk off say it's break time and the food became cold. I am shaking with rage as I type this. This location is the most disgusting nasty evil place on earth. It is an absolute waste of space and has to be the worst Taco Bell location in the country (and that is saying a lot)!!! The employees that work here must be paid by the owner to defraud their clients. Now, I expected at least an acknowledgement or apology for the wait, and all I got was, "There was nothing I can do about it ma'am?" I said that you could at least offer an apology. I've found myself going here more regularly lately. They're pretty quick, but you can assume they're going to mess up your order. You'll get the items you paid for, just not all the items you paid for every time. Should you go here, and aren't ashamed to be seen going here, go inside to order and get your food. Or wait and make sure you got all your items before you pull away from the drive thru. It's maybe a mile away, but still too far to go back to get the other half of what I paid for. I've been here multiple times. Not the best Taco Bell but not the worst. The service is not the best but it is okay. I have never really gotten my order wrong but my order is always very simple. Also you can see into the back and they wear gloves, but it looks like they rarely change them, and they can cross contaminate food. The rice has been al dente a few times but it isn't the end of the world. The inside of the Taco Bell is nice but they have kiosks... I have never really liked kiosk systems. I'm secretly hoping the franchise owner will see this and make some changes. I love Taco Bell, but sadly the one in Saint Helens is desperately in need of improvement. The last three times I've gone ... 1. Today - 20 minutes from end of drive thru line to bag in hand. No napkins in the bag, one order item was missing, and my burrito was thrown together with such haste it wasn't even shaped like a burrito. Hopefully this employee isn't putting any diapers on babies, based on these skills. 2. Time before that was a day after visit #3. At the drive thru I asked why they were closed the day before and was told "staffing issues." How many people does it take to run a Taco Bell? Apparently more than 5. 3. Time before that was early evening the day before visit #2. The drive thru was blocked and there were 5 employees outside. Restaurant closed. Fast food isn't cheap and neither is it fast when you go to this Taco Bell. Please try to make it better - we love the chain but for the meantime we will limit our Taco Bell visits to other locations. read more

Taco Bell is suffering from the same thing all the chain restaurants are suffering from, expensive food that isn't worth it. I recently tried some of the new 3 dollars or less items. I got 3 double stack tacos, chicken flatbread, and nachos. 4/10 Double stack tacos tasted OK. The only problem is the corn shell was steamed by the time it got to me so it made everything kind of mushy and negated the purpose of the shell. I feel like it might be better at the restaurant but it's definitely not something you should have delivered if you want to crunchy shell. Chicken flatbread, this actually tasted really good, and the flatbread was very tender, probably from being steamed on its way to me. Tasty and filling. 7/10 Nachos, these had the same problem as everything else anything that you order by the time it gets to you if it was crunchy, it is no longer. We just moved to St. Helens, and I thought it might be nice to grab a taco box party pack so everyone who helped us move could have a bite to eat. I was so wrong. Every taco was smashed and not just a couple cracks in the shell, it's like someone held it in their hand and squeezed all of them. The sour cream was all on the outside of each, which was obviously on purpose. Another had the sour cream on the outside of the actual wrapper...all over in the box. One of them had no meat at all, just a little lettuce. I was and am so embarrassed that I brought this home to my friends and family. I know that this will probably never be seen by anyone who could or would do anything, but just know these employees are rude and don't care about the people in their community, or take any sort of pride in their jobs. When we first got to Taco Bell there was a huge line and the lady who took our order was very slow. After I waited for my food and finally got it I opened my tacos that were supposed to have no lettuce and on the receipt it clearly states no lettuce but there was still lettuce and this is not the first time this has happened.
