    Cheaper than d20

Wow the staff was out of this world! So kind and considerate to our needs. Definitely cheaper than d20 up the street!

    Hazard

The hours are wrong the food was going to be bad but to not even get decent service or be able to use technology to order up to close makes not sense. No drive thru etc this store fail all ambience and would do volume if they had better management or night crew Marco would have likely given me service but seems to be playing games at close to finish his night. The chairs up early is a hazard etc I'm very disappointed in my experience at this store

My $5 "beef" taco. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. Someone in the back has gotta lay off the weed or give it to me. Minus two stars. Other three stay because the bread itself was still delectable.

Avocado ranch, not Frank's Red Hot

I ordered on the tacobell mobile app, my friend who ordered 5 minutes after me and had a larger order got theirs first. I saw countless huge orders be handed out while I only had 2 small items. I waited 30 minutes, I got the wrong item (avocado ranch crispy chicken soft taco) and then called the store. They told me they couldn't do anything about it even though I've had this issue before with countless fast food establishments and they've just wrote my name down and remade it for me. The employees made my order wrong, my receipt says a different thing (Frank's Red Hot crispy chicken soft taco) than what I got in the bag. After I called the official customer support number online and it wasn't operating at that time. Real good job. Dont use the mobile app it'll get pushed back behind EVERY single other type of order, expect a 30 minute long wait, check your bag. They dont even know what they're making. Dissapointment is an understatement, this location is a disgrace to the Taco Bell name. My hometown location would NEVER do this. I am a very hungry college student, and I am still hungry. Do not come at night, it turns from Taco Bell into Taco Hell.

I read somewhere that they're discontinuing the Mexican Pizza which was my favorite when I was a teenager. It's been awhile since I tried it, and so I decided to buy it to see if it was the same as I remembered it to be. Wow, how memories and taste buds change. This thing is cheap and salty. Maybe that's what I wanted when I was younger, but now I find it to be something in between airline food and something someone would make if they had no idea how to cook. It was hot, and they did make it according to the recipes so 3 stars for that, but when they discontinue it I won't be too sad.

As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt the Hawaiian vibes. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the cashier was incredibly sweet and helpful. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't pre-order the burger for pickup, but I was told it's made fresh to order and available in limited quantities, which made sense. Along with the Poke Burger, I picked up a bottle of their Garlic Gurl hot sauce. Being from Gilroy, I had to give it a try! It had the perfect amount of garlic flavor with just the right level of heat--not overpowering at all. I also grabbed a Hawaiian drink from the refrigerator by the entrance. Having just returned from Hawaii, it instantly brought me back to the islands. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and inviting, with plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Parking was easy to find, which is always a plus. When my food arrived, I was surprised by the portion size. The Poke Burger is huge and could easily be shared between two people. While I'm personally not the biggest fan of crispy rice, the poke filling inside was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back to try more items on their menu. If you've been seeing the viral Poke Burger all over social media and have been wondering if it's worth the hype, I'd say it's definitely worth checking out!

My husband ordered the Fish and Chips and they were perfect, crispy on the outside, flaky and moist inside, easily a 10/10. Right at the start, my husband let Nathan know that we both have an allium intolerance and garlic allergies. Nathan was upfront about the limitations of a small kitchen and the fact that they can't guarantee anything, which we appreciated. But he still went out of his way to check on things for us. He even came back to let my husband know the tartar sauce had yellow onion in it so he could choose something else. It was clear they were paying attention. Nathan was friendly, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. Dining out with allergies can be stressful, but he made it feel easy and comfortable. We also watched another waitress run after a family who had forgotten a sippy cup; just another example of how attentive the staff is. Overall, the food was great, but the service is what will bring us back.
