This is by far the best Taco Bell around. And the best fast food establishment in Syracus. Fast, friendly, well made (never sloppy,) and hot. I wouldn't go to a Taco Bell until this one came to Syracuse. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Yes me and my family are here right now eating and our order of frys all of them are so salty you could not eat them when we took them back up there the manager was so disrespectful and wanted to argue with my wife about the amount of salt on our food she was so unprofessional and disrespectful to my wife about a couple of orders of frys the person's name was Jazzy idk if it was the manager or what but she definitely needs not to be talking to customers like that after we just spent $45 on a meal I can promise we will never come back here to eat because of this woman and how unprofessional she was read more

Taco Bell has lost my business due to their going strictly to kiosk ordering in our area. Walked in for a quick dinner snack. The only greeting was a shout from the kitchen area I had to use the kiosk to order. No other options. I chose to leave. In the past at this Taco Bell, we had received fast, friendly service. This is the worst taco bell ever we have a mobile order we ordered 3 and a half hours before we got the and waited 15 minutes just to get to the voice box to tell them were a mobile order then another 10 minutes later we get there and they tell us to park and they will bring it out to us. Went here for breakfast this morning and it was delicious! Just the drive thru but their service was fast and friendly. Ordered a couple dollar menu items which were well worth their value. Good, quick breakfast joint if you don't want to go to a sit down joint while at the lake! read more

Much better service since they have moved buildings. They typically get your order right now! Much cleaner and friendly service.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. My fiancé and I are visiting family from out of town and this is the closest Taco Bell location. We have visited many in neighboring cities and never had an issue. We visited this location the past couple days because it is right down the street from our hotel. We ordered a simple chicken quesadilla with NO sauce and both times we did, the quesadilla had sauce on it. The woman taking our order even confirmed with us that it would not have sauce on it and our receipt stated the same, yet whoever made the quesadilla messed up every time. We called both times and were not offered a refund and one of the times, we had to drive back for the correct order. My fiancé's crunch wrap supreme also had barely any meat inside. The employees are rude and one young girl who works there was running around the building, almost getting hit by cars in the drive thru. I had bad vibes from the beginning with this location and the fact that they cannot even make a simple chicken and cheese quesadilla proves that I should have followed my gut instinct. We will not be returning to this location and we will be reporting them to corporate. Their lack of service (yet still charging money) is ridiculous. read more

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru lane. When I reached the window I asked if our order was done. It hadn't even been started! I told the girl not to bother and left. It looked like there were just 2 people working. The drive thru lane had at least 5 cars behind me. Don't know how this place stays in business. read more

We had a great experience at Taco Bell, Tiffany was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed despite the late hour. Very quick and cheap Mexican food. If your not a student make sure not to come between 3-3:30 because it can get pretty packed! The Taco Bell is also connected to a KFC so you can get both at the same counter. Taco Bell has great food! read more
