I understand being busy and overheated, but taking it out on customers, refusing to acknowledge mistakes, and trying to charge for items never served (and did charge for items never served} is exactly why this place keeps dropping in ratings. Food was mediocre. Service was rude. Prices keep going up while the customer experience keeps going down. They've never corrected a single issue I've had here.
