Very disappointed. Food was good, but service and speed was HORRIBLE. We pulled in with only 4 cars in front of us and it took 40 minutes to get up to the speaker to tell her our order. Also, someone honked and the drive thru person said "do not come in here with all that attitude". I also heard employees inside yelling and fighting with each other. Once we pulled up to the window, just to get drinks took 10 minutes and food took almost 25 even though we online ordered an hour prior. The lady at the drive thru was also on her phone the ENTIRE time. The employees are honestly in zero hurry to do their job and just give peopel their food. After working a night shift came by here and ordered beef chalupas. They couldn't even get that simple order right. Didn't discover their mistake until I made it home. Drove back up there and request a refund. Manager stalled for 5 minutes while she finished closing her registers then came to the window to say I'd have to come back in the morning for a CASH REFUND. As a manager you shouldn't be closing registers prior to closing anyway. read more

If you're on the west side of Tallahassee, this is the most busy Taco Bell (and I think the only one). This is the only Taco Bell where I've had to wait a significant amount of time to be served. I'm not sure what's going on back in the kitchen. The staff is always friendly and are somewhat insistent on having me fill out a survey at a website attached to my receipt. I know it's just market research, but they always promise the chance to win a free iPad. Smart marketing. Because this location takes so long to serve people, there is often a back-up near the soda machine and a lot of professionals look at each other with the "I thought this was fast food" look. The dining area is big enough so that you don't have to be on top of each other. This place is consistently busy, but walk-in and drive through. read more

This place refuses service to truck drivers. Tried to stop and get something to eat after working a late shift and walked up to the window "which as a truck driver is a normal occurrence" . When they realized I was on Foot the worker refused service and told me I had to drive my truck through. I replied my truck is too big it will hit the awning. She replied " well you got to do what you got to do then" . Should I admit to occasionally eating at Taco Bell restaurant franchises? I am well aware of processed fast foods and what they do to the human body (not to mention the human psyche) LOL. For me, coming to Taco Bell is like a sinful splurge. Like playing russian roulette with the nutrition wheel. This Taco Bell is close to the house and Great for the 4th meal after getting off work from my second job.
