11.22.24 Despite how hard corporately run fast food chains try, they aren't all the same. All TB's aren't created equal. There are penty of taco bells around that aren't that good. I know, It's taco bell we're talking about. But it does demand a spot with out cravings. This one imparticular is much better than the rest around this area. They do a very good job at this store. The service is ALWAYS very quick. Whether there's a line at the drive thru or at the register. They're always making their way through the lines quickly. Well done, the too many times I've been here seeing this. The store itself has always been clean whenever I've been here. The staff aren't very talkative usually but they are friendly. Someone's doing a great job at coaching them. I haven't seen the usual, on the cell phone usage like I see in most other stores of any nature. So again, job well done there too, curbing their enthusiasm with the cell phone use. My all time go to favorite for whatever reason will be the Cheezy Gordita Crunch. I just love that combo of the soft outside, with the nice contrast of crunch in the inside along with the beef and rest of its ingredients. My 2nd go to is a toss up with the ever loving Mexican pizza & the new grilled cheese burrito. Thanks to the west coast Sanny turning me onto it with her posts. I wasn't even aware it existed. Lotta love for what the staff does here. We all know the fast food industry can't be a fun one. Easy job yes but hard at the same time. Thanks for what you do here. Keep up the good work. read more

Bristol Taco Bell has been consistently good. Never disappointed there. Courtesy is number one from happy employees.

Nacho cheese fries were stale, food did not taste fresh. service was average. Overall rating 2/5, will not be going to this location again.

Taco Bell has gone downhill, and this one Is bad. 2nd time I have been here In some months, and for my last time some items have a bad stale taste to them. Also there Is usually no one at counter since It seems they want you to use the kiosk. Then when you do half the time you have to give email or text to get a receipt, which doesn't work. How hard Is It to have a printer for customers to have a copy. This company has cut so many corners to save money and we are the ones losing out. Taco Bell your at the bottom of my list. If I could give this a negative star I will. I blame the manager and the staff for the lack of customer service. I've placed an online order that never said completed. so I went to the store to figure out whats taking so long, only to find out they said someone with the same name has already taken the order. so I'm mind boggled and said did you ask for proof of purchase and the kid just looks dumb founded as well as the manager. I have been coming to this Taco Bell for a very long time. The inside of the restaurant is extremely comfortable, as there are multiple places to sit. Some have outlets for you to plug your laptop in, so perfect if you are traveling or stopping by to complete a task quickly. Anyways, the staff are great and all areas are perfectly clean. The night staff is horrible. Bad attitudes, act like they hate their job and rude. I came straight from work and wanted to grab something quick before going home. My total came up to 10.83 and I mistakenly gave the woman (whom I assume was named Jacquelyn since that's what was on the receipt) an extra dollar. I told her I think I gave her an extra dollar but she continued to the register and walked away. Another lady walked up and handed my food, before o could say anything so closed the window and walked away. Jacquelyn came back and asked if I needed anything, I asked for some fire sauce, she gave me some and before I was able to speak about my change and receipt she did the same and walked away. Now I'm sitting at the window confused because 1 I was the only person in the drive through and 2 I never had time to finish a complete sentence with any of them. I give my horn a little honk and now a guy comes to the window. I express my concerns to him and he brings me my receipt and leaves. I never received my change ($1) back and turns out she didn't even put in the actual amount I gave her! I understand everyone has their off days but when you're rude to customers at your work place that's not okay. Let alone all of the night staff acting as though they don't want to be there and you're a burden to them. Taco Bell you need to do better with your hiring process in finding better employees with better customer service experience. read more

When I go inside they are really friendly. It's nice and clean inside the bathrooms are Ok. No Television. Basically eat don't sit too long and go. Regular Taco vs. Supreme Taco is a .60 cent difference because they add Tomatoes & Sour Creme. Tacos need sour creme so ill buy the supreme. read more

I ate here once and was extremely full for a great price, but the day of stomach issues that followed was enough to scare me off for good. i went through the drive thru on my lunch break with only little time left. i pulled in to the speaker and was told "give me a minute". i waited, i proceeded to call out again. i got the same answer. Again for the third time i waited more, over 6 min for her to still tell me to "wait" . i drove up to the second window and asked for my order to be taken there, while she was closing it on me. i was told " i told you to order at the speaker i can't take it". i politely asked if she could please take it since i was over my break. the girl consistently told me no. i questioned where the manager was. Worst Taco Bell in Waterbury.The drive through is slow and the inside is even slower. I once placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. Went to this taco bell once with my kids..walked in on the manager (!!!!!) using the most vulgar language (talking about her boyfriend to her staff) saying the most disgusting things for my kids to hear. she stood in the back talking to her staff for over a few minutes while I'm standing there trying to distract my kids from the horrible things she saying! never went inside to eat again!! read more
