Men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting and has a horrid smell. Needs to be cleaned extensively. Food is decent.

This place used to be great, with friendly employees and good food. The quality has just tanked lately. Once, hair in my food. Next, horrific service by an employee in the drive through line. I have eaten Taco Bell for years, it has always been good. I am not sure what is going on with this Taco Bell in Waveland, but I might actually be done with Taco Bell forever. Everything ordered was disgusting. It's like they intentionally smashed everything in the order, it was overflowing with grease, the burrito was smashed into a flat pancake, taco shells were so soggy there was so much grease. This is bad for a taco bell. Here are a few reasons: 1.) Slooooooow. If you have 20-30 minutes to kill, go order some food from here. I can't tell you how many times we thought we wanted Taco Bell, and then stared at the stalled line and deciced not to give it a shot. The last couple times we actually tried it, it pushed a half hour. Once you are boxed in by other cars, you're stuck. 2.) Food quality. Aside from the occasion missing ingredients, the insides of the taco fills up less than half the shell. The shells typically can lay flat on each edge without hardly contacted the internals. 3.) Random Problems. One of the last times we went, they had a sign up on the drive through that said some items were out due to a missed delivery. No problem. We were just going to order a different item. It wasn't until we started ordering (with people boxing us in from behind) that we found out it was things like cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. They proceeded to sell everyone meat in a shell with no offer of beans, black olives, pico, etc. They just figured all customers would just eat it. Again, you can't just throw it in reverse at that point. I guess you could wait the near half hour and drive off with nothing. Probably should have. read more

I love Taco Bell but absolutely hate this location. They need to go under new management and hire an entirely new staff. Every time I think to give them a chance, it never fails that something is wrong. They're either out of something you want or mess up your order. I'm not sure who does the ordering, but it makes no sense to constantly be out of things like lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. And as I stated above, my order is never correct. I always have to give it back to them or call them once I get home. I don't know what's so hard in adding extra sour cream and cheese to a Mexican pizza or not putting any beans on a nacho bell grande. I'm starting to believe the person preparing the food every time can't read or they just don't give a care. read more

This is an A-OK Taco Bell that is always eazy. The inside dining area is always clean and the atmosphere is plesent. The menu selection is complete and the prices are just right for family eating. Kind of difficult getting in and out with it's 1 driveway but not impossible. Customer service is always quality. read more
