I USUALLY get what I order and it's USUALLY hot. you can always tell when certain people are working. other than that it's a Baja blast!

I stopped in to pick something up, and as I walk in the building I see the GM Sierra, handing out full, dirty bags of trash to another employee, who's name is katylnn Hilling to take out to the dumpster... absolutely disgusting. 100% One of the most unsanitary things I've ever seen take place in a restaurant. After witnessing this, I went to speak to the AGM, Janie Konkel and I told her that if she didn't report it to her area coach Kristen Ross, then I would be forced to make this public. Today 6/14/2024, I heard back from Janie Konkel, she contacted Brain something, he's an even higher up in the company. He's is over the area coaches, or at best an acting one. He said he doesn't really care, he gets his money. He says they can serve food and TRASH out that drive through window! Streer clear from this hazardous place. read more

This may be the worst TacoBell I have ever been to. They are slow, will mess up orders, are rude, and most of all they make the food very sloppy and lacking ingredients sometimes. I have gone there at least 4 times and they have been consistently far bellow what is expected from a TacoBell. That is a pretty low bar and they have found a way not to meet it. read more

I'm a huge Taco Bell fan, so it is a painful experience to speak of one as disparagingly as I'm about to, but my God, this was the grossest, slowest, and rudest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The floor was littered with the trash, the workers seemed to be miserable and as such treated me miserably, and the food took FOREVER. This place is a disgrace! We took my children in after a party across the street and now they are traumatized for life! We were asked "what do you want" by an angry bearded woman behind the counter. The kids were studdering with their order as they locked eyes with that hateful wildebeast! The food was less than edible to say the least, and the bathrooms wreaked of piss. Went here on Black Friday 2023 at about 6:30. My mummy got a steak bowl and declared it to be the most well prepared one she's ever had, super hot, good size pieces of/ amount of steak, and no overcompensating with the beans. This surprises me as we have been to many a taco bell with much higher ratings than this one. I got a black bean dlt and it's as good as it gets and so were the nachos. I will say that my daddy ordered two soft tacos regular but was given two made supreme style, but that's ok since we didn't correct at the order screen. read more

Ok I gave them another try and this time they were out of beef. So we ordered 2 steak quesadillas and one chicken. They gave us 3 chicken and forgot one of our melts.. plus the potato taco was so dry I couldn't bite it. Fix it! This is horrible. My chalupa was cold too and we sat in line for a half hour!! This is the fourth time we tried to get Taco Bel breakfast at around 9 o'clock in the morning and every single time we head to this location, staff members are outside smoking while cars pile up at the drive thru. As the cars left, due to nobody taking orders at the speaker, we decided to go get breakfast at another establishment. If this location cannot be bothered to take orders for breakfast, then it shouldn't advertise breakfast on the side of the building. read more

Got the nachos thing they have waste of money. Ordered extra beef on it and if that was extra beef hate to see it with reg beef had small line of beef right down the middle. It was all chips but small line down middle of it. Half was broken chips. They need to come up with new system to take payment and to hand out food. My bag and nachos almost fell out of bucket because ahe turns it up. The system they have makes now sense and if you really look at does nothing to keep them safe or the customer. This establishment was a source of many concerns in my sad little head. The place was nearly abandoned when I stumbled in after a lengthy drive, and the consciences of each staff member seemed to be elsewhere. The lavatory was also skeptical and seemed to be short on sanitation treatments. Despite these skeptical traits, the Westover Taco Bell presented me with a solid chicken Quesorito in what seemed to be three minutes. read more

I was impressed with the Cantina Steak Power Bowl. Typically a burrito or taco person but the Cantina Power Bowl was very good. There was an issue with the cashier not communicating with those preparing the food on one order but Ebony quickly fixed the issue and apologized. Recommend nametags to recognize those working in the facility so customers don't have to ask. The male bathroom was clean but the door knob lock was inoperative to where a sign was posted to knock first and the urinal had a sign on it that it was inoperative also. The restaurant seemed clean and well stocked. read more

This place is absolutely TRASH! they mess up my order every single time i go there and everyone who works there is incompetent and rude. the drinks are always flat and the fryer is always down. if the fryer isn't down by taco/chalupa is burnt to a crisp. i ask for no lettuce and it seems like i always get extra. the line is always super long due to minimal staff. everything is half-assed!!! read more

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. Our initial order took 25 minutes to come out, and they didn't even start making it until we asked where it was. Then we decided to order Cinnabon's, and we had to wait 30 minutes for those as well. They, again, didn't start making it until we asked where it was. They were also screaming and cursing where every customer could hear them, and standing with their backs turned from the customers playing on their phones. read more

This was my first time at this location I went through the drive thru service was great lady at the window had a smile waiting for you the service was fast I only had to wait a moment and she had my food. Now as for the food I have had the Mexican pizza at other locations and found the tortilla shell to be soft at this location its nice and crunchy everything looks good and fresh and it tastes great. If you want to wait in like for over 23 minutes, not move from when you first got in like 2 cars away from the ordering screen, get frustrated, drive across to McDonald's and be through the line in 5 minutes this is the taco bell for you. If you want to wait 49 minutes for line, order, and leave, this Taco Bell is for you (sick better half wanted it for some reason really bad so I stuck it out). If you want your car to bottom out at the drive through order screen this is the taco bell for you. I work rotating 12s and live an hour away some days I just wanna grab something on the way as I've been up for 20+ hours, most often than not you might not get that because they're closed. Granted, this is Taco Bell but this one is different. I have been going to this Taco Bell since the day they opened. They started off good like most restaurants do, then go down hill within about 5 to 6 months time. This one was no different. They were terrible for a long time and I stopped going completely. Within the last few months I thought I would give them another try and I have to say, its night and day. I dont know what they did, but obviously someone made some changes. Their service at the counter and the drive-thru is excellent. Staff is friendly and seem genuinely concerned about their customers dining experience. All other Taco Bells should emulate this one.
