Their pineapple salsa and other salsa selections are really good too. They had pickled peppers and carrots and fresh cucumbers to cool your palate. Super appreciate that our friend Chad posted about this wonderful place on Facebook so we could find Pancho's Tacos truck. Oh and they had bottles of the Mexican Coca~Cola that use real sugar cane, which was ice cold and to open it they had a bear bottle opener attached onto a pole near the counter which just added to the enjoyment of their cool little sit down area. Also, this guy (my husband) was impressed and that says a whole heck of a lot!He is an amazing cook so sometimes when we go out to eat somewhere besides home, we are many times disappointed.
