The tortas are served with fries that were better than they looked (which was rather Ore-Ida-ish)--piping hot with some crispiness to them. I was only a little bummed because it was only after our food was on the way that I realized that the restaurant has pozole on Sundays. Santo Niño occupies a spot in a shabby and grim strip center on the western edge of town. Don't be deterred by this. The business inside is hardly fancy, but it has a warm and comforting feel.
