I purchased a Buck Squire knife for my son's 10th birthday and took it to Tacoma Trophy in April 2026 to have his initials engraved. I was incredibly disappointed upon picking it up to see that the engraving was visibly off center and plainly listing to the right. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cashier, and she retrieved a gentleman who regaled me with such gems as, "I do this for a living," or, " this is a perfectly straight engraving," and, "I'm the owner," as if that were to somehow align the misaligned. There was no acknowledgment of wrongdoing or even a simple, "i'm sorry you're not satisfied." He simply argued. An attempt to prove his point with incredibly dilapidated six-inch plastic ruler made me realize that he in fact did not care about his customers, so I left. I won't be back, and my son's $100 birthday ($80 for the knife, $20 for the engraving) present will forever be off center. Hopefully this helps someone make an informed decision. read more

For our military people , DO NOT COME HERE. They will harrass you and call every NCO they know only because you canceled an order. They will force you to pay just because you canceled an order. I had a whiskey decanter and set of glasses engraved with an image of Saint Michael (Patron Saint of LEO's) Saint Michael's Prayer, and monograms on the glasses. The owner sat down with me and created the design that was better than I hoped for. The order was done within days and it was perfect.
