This is a little cafe in the back of a boutique. If you're walking down the street looking for a…read morecafe you might miss it! We came 30 minutes after they opened and their cake selection was not ready yet unfortunately. If you want the full menu come a few hours after opening. The prices for the tiered menu is a little wild for me. However, their prices for the regular food and drinks are reasonable. The sandwich was delicious, and a very good size to split. However they do charge a $2 sharing fee which i find silly when places do this. Their drinks were also very yummy and the caramel latte had a cute caramel swirl on the foam. The table placements are so gorgeous and just a lovely vibe overall. I do wish there was maybe a wall barrier or divider from the cafe and the shop because it does feel very cluttered and compact. The customer service is AMAZING. They have such kind people working. I called in to make a reservation and the lady that picked up was so kind and patient explaining all the levels of the services. The baristas were so so sweet and easy to talk with. Genuinely the best customer service i have ever had at a cafe.

Solid construction and tastefully painted. These ladies have a good eye for collecting and refinishing. The store also carries lots of small items to decorate your home at very reasonable pricing. They have items that would work in to a lot of decorating styles...mid century modern, cottage, rustic, traditional modern.

When I went to pick up the hutch at the shop, the shop was small, but full of incredibly crafted pieces that had been reworked with love, detail and talent. When I started looking around in the shop I found a desk that was perfect for my wife and bought that too. I also found a coffee table that I liked, but it had already been sold. The shop was small, but everything in it was worth looking at vs. shops with too much stuff and only a 10th worth looking at. Both Debi and Sarah were very accommodating with holding our purchases in their store for a couple days while I scrambled up a vehicle to pick up the great treasures that I was able to find in their store. I may not make it to Sumner very often, but the next time we need a piece for our house, I will make the trip to their shop first before going somewhere else.

I recently shared an experience about delivery and was immediately contacted by the owner who was very concerned about the scenario I described and doing the right thing. The new owners are putting in updated systems and training for employees that will ensure better products and services. Based on my contact with them, I'm impressed. Communications are excellent and communications are the most important part of a good customer experience. They listen and that means they'll hear you when you describe what you want. Imagine that! Good luck to Bud's and Blooms. They've turned my thumbs down to an encouraged two thumbs up!

1/5 Extremely…read moredisappointing and completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this florist. My boyfriend ordered a bouquet for my birthday through an international flower delivery service, and this florist was responsible for preparing and delivering the order locally. The bouquet I received was significantly different from what was originally ordered. Most importantly, the original bouquet did NOT contain lilies, but this florist decided to add lilies on their own. This was not a harmless substitution. Both I and my cats are allergic to lilies, and lilies are also extremely toxic to cats. The bouquet was specifically chosen without them, so receiving flowers that were never supposed to be there created a completely unnecessary and potentially dangerous situation in my home. On top of that, an additional gift that was part of the order and had already been paid for was never delivered at all. I tried contacting the florist the very same day the bouquet was delivered. I called during business hours, but nobody answered, and nobody ever called me back. Since this was my birthday, I did not want to spend the entire evening chasing a florist over mistakes I did not make. My boyfriend then spent days contacting the international service through which he placed the order. We were repeatedly told that the missing part of the order would be delivered later, but it never was. I also contacted this florist directly by email, clearly explained the situation, and asked them to help resolve the issue, contact the service they were working with, or provide some kind of solution. They completely ignored my emails. I even personally drove to the address listed for this business during their posted business hours because I was trying to finally speak to someone and resolve the situation. Nobody was there. So, to summarize: they changed the bouquet and added flowers that were never part of the original order and posed an allergy and serious safety concern in my home; they failed to deliver a paid part of the order; they did not answer my call or call me back; they ignored my emails; and when I physically went to their listed address during business hours, nobody was there. Mistakes and substitutions can happen. What is unacceptable is making a potentially dangerous substitution and then making absolutely no effort to communicate with the customer or fix the situation afterward. I tried contacting this business by phone, email, and even in person, and received no response whatsoever. This was supposed to be a special birthday delivery. Instead, it turned into days of trying to get someone to take responsibility for an incomplete and incorrectly fulfilled order. One star is generous. I would not trust this florist with another important occasion.
