I loved that they offered vegetarian options, so I tried the Cauliflower Taco and the Veggie Taco. My husband and mom tried the Beef Taco, Chicken Taco, and Pork al Pastor. We also ordered Juan-tons, a fun food fusion--roasted corn, poblano peppers, onions, and cheddar all wrapped in a wonton pocket and fried. So delicious! There was a sauce bar with over 30 different sauces (I tried to count them, but lost track). Our meals were packed in to-go containers, but they still had great presentation, making them Instagram-worthy. The bright colors from the red cabbage and pineapple not only looked good but also brought the flavors together. The tacos were generously stuffed. Every dish had its own unique flavor, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. My favorite of the night was definitely the handmade corn tortillas with the different proteins; they were so yummy!
