I really want to give this place a higher rating. I love to support businesses that aren't corporate. The employees were some of the most friendliest people I've met. The decor was astounding. It felt like a gourmet taco place. I guess that's where they lost me. I'm ok with someone making their own take on classic food. It just didn't do it for me. We ordered the table size of the queso and chips. I wasn't very impressed with the taste. Usually I'll polish off the leftovers later on but they ended up in the garbage. My girlfriend and I decided to split tacos. She ordered two chorizo tacos and I ordered two carnitas tacos. The intention was to trade one for one. After trying a bite of the chorizo, I ate my other carnitas taco. It's a spicy chorizo but the spice was overpowering. Hard to enjoy the taste. My tacos was all right. The puffy tortillas tasted strange. It tasted like the oil needed changed. I should note that my girlfriend said she enjoyed her food. read more

This review is only for the drive-through, I'll update once I've actually sat down (if I can find a seat!) Tacos 4 Life is awesome. It's "fast" food that isn't obviously terrible for you, and a trendy hipster heaven at that. My wife and I split three Tacos - one pulled pork, and two vegetarian. Now, I'm used to thinking of a Taco as something you need 3-4 of to get a decent bite, but these suckers are more small burritos than anything, and that one pork taco was perfect by itself for a light lunch, and two would have actually filled me up (at $3.50 a pop, that's not bad!) Also, mustaches on their drink straws. That's cute? A caveat though is that this location is terrible. The place itself is great, but it's off a country highway that was never meant to be this busy, and the restaurant itself is PACKED from turning in and out, to the parking lot, to the drive-through. Let me just say that I am in the process of listening to a friend's complaint about the location in Benton. Your employee (John, badge said trainer) he wears glasses, wanted to talk politics at lunch with my friend while ordering because he saw her NRA card. His quote was "your president would be proud of you for being an NRA member, he went on to tell her about all of the great things the president has done and that Obama was only good for the country when he left, my friend asked for her food and cup and walked off. She sat to eat and another friend that was behind her got to the register and that he wanted her to apologize to my friend. so while eating, he walks over to the table to talk more, he was at the table 5 minutes or more and kept imploring her to come back to the restaurant and that he wanted to give coupons. she continued to say no and good bye but he wouldn't leave. My friend had a horrible experience and wont return to your Benton location likely ever. I enjoyed your restaurant and your food. Unfortunately the political dialogue and the overwhelming uncomfortable atmosphere experienced by my friend is unacceptable. read more

I'm so thankful for Tacos 4 Life staying drive thru open during COVID-19. Store manager Taylor provided the most exceptional customer service, as well as their whole team. I love my local Tacos 4 Life, and anytime I travel I make sure to stop by their other locations. Great food, great employees, on and on. I had a delightful experience at T4L in Benton today and had to tell the world about it! Wow! I submitted my complicated order online and was greeted at the front counter with the warmest of smiles from Randy and Ashley. My Mexican Cobb Salad was absolutely delectable. The beautiful toppings adorned a crisp, fresh bed of mixed greens. This was accompanied by a mind blowingly delicious vinegarette. They made me feel like family! They all treated me as if I had known them for years! I was then greeted by the general manager Taylor. She was a delight and made me feel like a VIP. I was told my order was hand crafted by Aaron. Our Doc bought us lunch last Friday from here....it was really good. Liked it enough to go there for dinner the next night! I was very excited to hear that Saline County was getting a Tacos4Life as I had heard good things about it. The food at Tacos4Life is fairly good. We enjoyed what we ordered and everything was pretty tasty. With that said, it was not tasty enough for what we paid. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. I ordered the "souvenir cup" for about $3.50ish (to the best of my memory) only to find out that it was a plastic throw away cup (similar to a cup at McAlister's except much smaller) with a straw that had a mustache on it. Not sure how that is a "souvenir cup..." We did not have a huge order and it was almost $40. For $40 we could have gone to a nice, sit down restaurant and have ordered more food that tasted just as good. read more

Oh. My. Lord. I came to Tacos 4 Life because I was visiting family last weekend. I don't live in AR, but after eating at this place, I sure wish I did. I'm vegan, so it's not easy for me to just go to any restaurant (casual or fancy) and just order something off the menu. But Tacos 4 Life has TOFU TACOS!!!! I was super excited about trying these, but I didn't get my hopes up. Most places who use tofu in traditionally Mexican or Latin food grind it into some kind of mushy, grainy mess (hello, Chipotle?) and stuff it into an even mushier taco shell. Not this place! The tofu is cubed and seasoned to utter perfection. The cabbage on top gives it even more amazing texture, and the taco shell is definitely up to the task of holding it all in without becoming a soggy mess OR being too tough to chew. I also ordered the guacamole, which was tasty and chunky, not at all over-mixed, and the cilantro rice. The rice was topped with this amazing green sauce that reminded me of pesto, but what I liked most about it is that they didn't overload it with lime juice. The sauce stood out on its own, and it stood proudly! YUM! The staff was especially helpful and courteous. It's so nice to come to a restaurant whose employees don't seem like they're just working for a paycheck. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there, and that just added to the great experience. I encourage anyone looking for a great taco place (who isn't?) to stop by and give Tacos 4 Life a try. I'm confident you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to move here next year and have Tacos 4 Life whenever I want! read more

Wow, what a blessing !!! I just fed a little boy and girl a full meal half way around the world and all I had to do was buy 2 Tacos. So let's talk about the gourmet tacos. I ordered the summer special. The jalapeño sausage with pineapple worked my taste buds over...let's just say it was really good. The grilled chicken with balsamic honey was even better. The fresh cucumber added a surprise twist. Headed to Conway now and will probably stop in later this evening to check out what's on the menu at their Tacos4life. .
