The restaurant is always clean & service is always quick & friendly. The food is definitely 'white people' style Mexican. On the bean burrito it's black beans, the tortilla is not even warm. I was skeptical at first but this place was really good! Pick your order, pay and they bring it to you..been to a lot of these types of places. The food was Awesome! Korean BBQ Taco and Chicken Nachos, loved the choices! The Korean BBQ Taco is a bit spicy but it wasn't too overwhelming. Nachos were really tasty! They have many different Tacos and Nachos to choose from and other food choices as well! Afterwards we just get up and walk out. They handle the table cleanup. These tacos are awesome. The shell is kind of puffy but still a little soft. It's full of meat. I absolutely loved the Mexican street corn. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Jonesboro. Great service too. Sauce on beans is spicy, so if you don't like spicy, make sure to order without the sauce. I absolutely love that cheese they put on top of the corn and beans. read more

Anyone who knows me knows that I want to be buried with two things... 1. Whiskey and 2. Tacos. Counter service. Smaller bench style outdoor seating. Tacos a la carte, platters, as well as bowls. It was extremely difficult to choose between all of the options. That said, when I arrived in Jonesboro for work and found that my hotel was adjacent to a place called TACOS 4 LIFE I was extremely excited. We decided to go there for a work lunch, better idea since they don't serve margaritas like we had hoped for dinner the night prior. The tacos are not street taco sized like I originally thought so I ordered 4 and for me, 4 was a stretch. I ordered the Korean BBQ, Chicken, Mango Habanero and the Mahi Mahi. The Korean BBQ and the Mahi mahi were my absolute favorites. The mango habanero (chicken) was a bit dry so I chose that one to leave behind and focus on the other tacos; the others were awesome - overstuffed, very tasty. Great flavors and very filling. Guacamole is fresh (some places shirk on this great responsibility to serve guacamole that is fresh and not brown.... ick - this was nice!) Tacos are roughly $4-$5 each - not cheap but the owners of this company donate some of their profits to organizations that feed people living in poverty. Inside you will, also, find owners that practice what they preach by having light fixtures made by impoverished artisans from other countries - P.S. they are *beautiful* and the stories are quite touching. I love a place that combines tacos and giving/caring for others - two great things. If I am ever in Jonesboro again I will happily return. read more

First the service for a fast food type restaurant was amazing! If I lived closer I would have tried to steal her. She was a delight. So I stopped here while visiting and I have to say I'm a fan. First off, you HAVE to love a place that donates a meal for every meal purchased. It made me feel good to eat well and also give to someone in need. I had the ground beef tacos, queso, salsa, and some of the corn. I really enjoyed all of it. The corn though was the highlight of the meal. My goodness, I could eat it all of the time. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The space was open and inviting. The only complaint that I might even entertain is that the tacos is a bit pricey but the fact that they donate offsets the cost. At least it does in my mind. I like this little spot. I have waited 7 months to finally get the opportunity to try Tacos for life. I live in Mississippi and always try to eat here when I'm in town. Unfortunately I kept forgetting they are not open Sundays, so I kept striking out. Thankfully they are open today, Memorial Day! IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!! I love the patio! Jonesboro needs more outdoor seating, so I'm happy to see TFL is progressively leading by example! The food...5 stars!!!! We ordered many different tacos including Mahi Mahi, Grilled Shrimp Tacos, Mango Habanero Chicken, Crab Cake Taco, Seared Tofu, Grilled Chicken, Chicken Bacon Ranch. The favorites were Mahi Mahi, Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Bacon Ranch. Honestly though, nothing was anything other than 200% delicious!!! Service was incredibly fast and friendly. Grade A! This was a new and modern take on street tacos. I don't know much about this place and not sure if it is chain or not. It feels like a chain and similar to Torchy's. The food was good, but not perfect. The soft flour tortillas were good and the filling was good but not enough. I had the carnitas and the fried chicken. I also had the street creamed corn and it was OK. I tried the trio salsa appetizer and that was the best think on the menu. It came with their cheese sauce, salsa, and guacamole. The chips seemed fresh and had some sort of spice on them. it was a good place for lunch if you want to get a quick meal. read more

They have a patio.....that allows dogs....so you've got me hooked right there! Absolutely perfect spot to chill on a nice night. If only they served adult beverages..... But even without the drinks, it's still a great little spot. Several different taco choices with customizable options (shell, dressings, etc.) They also serve salads, nachos, quesadillas, dips, etc. We ordered the Dip trio which comes with salsa, queso, and guacamole. Each dio was delicious, the guac had huge chunks of avocado and those chips.....i could eat the chips on their own!! For our entree we had Mango Hananero with grilled chicken, Mahi Mahi, Spicy Chorizo, and Sweet Orange Chicken. Each taco was stuffed full of goodness and flavor, unique in their own own way. Love the concept of donating a meal when you buy a meal which makes me what to go here more often. Lots of choices for the carnivores, pescatarian or the vegetarian. Order at the counter, find your seat and they bring you your food. I went with the carnitas and spicy chorizo. Both were really good. Decent tacos, they're served in a deep fried flour tortillas, sort of like an Indian fry bread shell. My wife had the Korean BBQ taco which she said was good, I had a grilled chicken and 2 ground beef. All had lots of fillings but there was no salsa. They had packets of taco sauce but if you want any salsa, you have to buy it separately. My wife did ask one of the kids there if there was a salsa bar and she looked at us like we were from out of space! She did bring us a small cup and it was very good. Btw, every meal you buy there, the company donates one. THAT is a great idea. BTW, tacos are pricey, $4-$5 each. read more

Oh my gosh!!! This is my new favorite place to eat. A couple of weeks ago my husband and I tried it for the first time. When we walked in we were greeted by Ariel who welcomed us and explained the menu. She asked us what we liked to eat and made suggestions. In a few minutes we were talking like old friends. After we got seated, our food came quickly. We were checked on several times by both Ariel and her manager. In fact it was so good we went back the next day. If they spent a little time in getting a couple of real salsas, gave the option of corn tortillas it would make a world of difference. The food is expensive and tasted mediocre at best... I used to be a thug for life. But now I've seen the light and I've become Taco for life. Gone are my days of cappin fools and booty hoes. Now I'm stuffin tacos in my mouth and filling up my belly. I Eat so many tacos over the last few days I fed whole villages in Africa. I heard there is now a statue of me in Sierra Leone. Muhbahtu was about to die of hunger now he's almost as fat as I am. I have been here several times in the past couple of weeks, and their food is consistent, clean and delicious. Atmosphere is like any other modern restaurant. But their food is good, though the menu can be confusing on what would be filling and what wouldn't be. I was lucky enough to ask my cashier what to get and she made sure to ask me how hungry I was. The staff has amazing recommendations, and would recommend seeking their advice. The tacos alone WILL NOT fill you up. They're 1 taco and that's it. Whereas if you get nachos or their quesadilla it comes with plenty of food to fill you up. The values of the tacos are lackluster. Almost 5/6 dollars for a single taco whereas the quesadilla is like a couple dollars more and comes with a side and more food. The value has me questions between a 4 Star or 5 Star review. Although the value is questionable, depending on what you get, it is GOOD QUALITY. Quality and consistency of their food is very well done and is probably my favorite thing. Everything tastes good and is fresh. Nothing is ever stale or has a weird smell. They definitely have good quality food. Great place for kids and family, however remember that their value is lackluster when it comes to tacos. If you wanna be filled you might need to get several things. Overall, great location, great service, amazing quality and taste! Very impressed and is a definite place to stop and get some lunch if you get a chance. read more

A great taco place that donates a meal every time you buy one yourself! Tacos can be a bit pricier than some mom and pop Mexican restaurants around but the cause they support is worth the extra price. They always have great, friendly, and attentive staff at all hours that I have been and are always eager to help! Do no come here if you expect genuine based tacos as they are gentrified, if so you are better off going to a different taco shop like Los Taqueiros or Los Arcos.
