On 3/22/19 I had 2 excellent burgers and peanuts. My double cheeseburgers with bacon, no bun, were made PERFECTLY. The whole dining area and kitchen are very clean. The bathroom was okay, considering the time of day (post lunch rush). The gal, who took my order, was very kind and welcoming. My food was all made fresh, as always, at Five Guys. As you walk by this place you think it's a a whole in the wall but once go inside it's life changing. The employees greet you with such kindnesses and they make your day. The burgers are made out of rich meat. The cheese gets melted on the burger while it's cooking. The onions,lettuce,tomatoes all make the burger 10x better. I highly recommend this place. I went to Five Guys on my girlfriends lunch break for some fries. It was taking forever so i decided to go up and order a drink as well. About 5 minutes later a worker walked up to me and told me that my card had declined. So I went up and paid again. Only it turned out that wasn't my order and instead of paying for my drink again I paid 37.91 for somebody else's order. They refunded it but it's going to take 24-48 hours. I don't need my money in 24-48 hours I need it now. I never should have be put in a position to pay for someone else's food. And even after all that transpired we still didn't have my girlfriend's fries. It was going to take another 5 minutes and use most of her break. It's been a while since I have been to Five Guys. I hope this isn't an indicator of the their new quality of service. read more

We've been here several times over the last few months and have never been disappointed. When I tell them that I need my burger without a bun, they ask if it is due to allergy. When I answer yes, the person at the register passes the information on, which tells me that they indeed prepare "allergy free" food differently. Kudos. Burgers have always been wonderful. They specialize in burgers and fries. And they have some mighty damn good burgers! Maybe a little pricey for what you would call fast food, but that's just it... its not really fast food. It's serious grill food. A normal person won't be able to finish an order of fries. One order will feed the ahold table if you bring a friend or two. A burger which is really two patties, small fries and small drink cost me a whopping $10.37 + .94 tax for $11.31 for lunch - my opinion about $2-3 too high.. Wanna good burger? Then you have come to the right place! The juicy goodness is cooked at the time you place your order. All burgers are cooked well done but it is amazing how they stay juicy. Did I mention they are juicy? You can choose from a regular size burger which is 2 patties or a little burger which is a single patty. Then you dress it up with your choice of toppings which range from the standard ketchup, mustard, etc. to grilled onions, mushrooms and BBQ! There is only 1 side to choose from and that's their hand cut fries. These are fried in peanut oil and to carry on the peanut theme, they offer free peanuts to eat while you wait for your meal. Honestly, the fries are hit and miss...always hot and fresh but not as crispy as I prefer. The food here is rather pricey... For 2 little bacon cheeseburgers and 2 drinks we paid about $18! I would say that this is the best "fast food" burger in town!! For the reviewer who said the parking lot is usually empty, please let me know when so I can get in and out faster. I love that nothing is pre-made sitting under a heat lamp waiting for you. The service is always fast and friendly, and even if you do have to wait, it won't be long, and you'll be snacking on fresh peanuts as you do. Not cheap - a cheeseburger and regular fries came to just over $12 with tax. BUT it's two meals' worth of food! The regular fries are easily two servings in any other fast food place, and the two patty cheeseburger "all the way" is big big big. And everything is very tasty. The fries were a bit soggy but I still luv 'em because they taste great, are a more than decent amount, and they come with the skins on which adds taste for me. They are only lightly salted so you can add more to taste if you wish. Great quick service although nothing is already cooked waiting on a steam tray...waiting...waiting...waiting for a customer. Plus there are the peanuts to eat while you wait or to go. Overall for a "fast food" mass-produced burger joint, I rate them very highly and will return! read more

Pretty much the best burger and fries in Jonesboro. This is a chain so like most chain restaurants you get it the same at all 5 Guys, and my only complaints are the bun, the cheese, and the foil wrap, and the bun problem probably more to do with the foil wrap. If you're like me and get your burger "All The Way" it's a pretty big burger and by wrapping it tightly in foil the bun gets smashed down to cardboard thickness, and kinda soggy too. So if at all possible eat there so your not wondering why you've got a soggy mess when you get home. The other complaint is the American cheese, I know it is popular, but it taste pretty fake, and cheddar or pepper jack are much better choices. Overall, this is a great tasting burger, especially with jalapeño added, but it's Five Guys fries that are their best feature really, with huge bags of fresh potatoes stacked right in the seating area you know you're getting really fresh fries and the skin being left on really adds to their wonderful flavor. I prefer them without seasoning and adding some Malt Vinegar brings back sweet memories of London Fish & Chip shops. Godsey's Bison burger and Outbacks Bacon Cheddar Burger round out the top three burgers in Jonesboro, but Five Guys wins the fries Prize!! read more

This is by far and away the best fast food burger there is. Other than Godsey's awesome gourmet burgers this is the best burger in town

My advice on restaurants is simple, drive around at noon Monday thru Friday and look at the parking lots and how many customers are inside. If the parking lot only has a few cars there and the restaurant has more empty seats than full its a clue not to eat there. Their restaurant sits close to empty most days. read more
