Great burger, the fries needed to be cooked a little more. I love you can order online and pick up in the restaurant. They actually send people away who aren't wearing mask while standing in line/ordering.

Five Guys is an expensive Fast Food chain but it is absolutely worth it to me. When you get French fries, you get enough to feed a village, and the burgers are big! I always get a full belly when I stop in and grab a double bacon burger. Mmmmmm

No cheese on bacon cheeseburger the tomato slices were the ends and way too much Cajun powder on the fries.

Overpriced mediocre burgers. Fries are ok when fresh but if not eaten before they cool off they have a metallic taste

This is by far and away the best fast food burger there is. Other than Godsey's awesome gourmet burgers this is the best burger in town

Tell you what--we were thrilled when we happened to drive by BB's Burger Shack & found out they had "Fish Fry Fridays"! And the fish was DEEEE-LISH-US, too! So good that most of us had already devoured a good portion before we thought about taking pictures! (I included the 1 plate that still had at least 1 filet left ha.) We also ordered a few other things worth talking about: the fried pickles (great even compared to some of favorite big city places), mozzarella sticks (yum), onion rings (we had someone super picky about onion rings & he even liked them), the Pig (yum yum!) & a regular burger (flavor was good but it if you don't like well done, may be a little dry & a side salad (QUALITY salad hard to find at burger places). The service was great too--all of the staff was very attentive & even offered to refill our drinks to go when we were leaving. Long story short--this is a rare find in a small town. If you're in the area--GO GO GO! And if they have their fried fish --order it!

Ignore all the 1 stars! They are miserable people who who hate life and want to make everyone…read moremiserable around them. If you are tooooooo lazy to fix your own food and expect someone else to wait on you hand and foot, then learn to either approach a business to get something corrected or don't whine. Simple as that! This is one of the very very very few mom & pop joints we have left in Jonesboro. Support & protect the few we have left for the love of God. Honest truth about this place.... Been several times and never had a bad meal, ever. It's local, and as you know I am die hard local restaurant, anti chain, food extraordinaire. If I ever did have an issue I would def approach them and make sure things got resolved. From the minute you walk in there is a very open area for seating w/a couple tvs to catch a game if you wanted. Restrooms are just down the only hall in the only place & they were clean. The menus are on tv screens above the ordering area and there are some really really good options so take your time and stand back to let others go ahead of you if you aren't ready. As you may know as well, I always test a burger joint out w/a double bacon cheeseburger the first time I visit. Was perfectly cooked, thick & juicy, on a toasted bun w/all the trimmings. Was easily one of the Top 3 burgers I have had in Jonesboro & Top 5 that I have had in NEA. I have had the quesadillas, the tortilla wrapped burger, the tacos, the chips & salsa, their really good queso, the bowls, and a few other things that I'm prob forgetting. All have been pretty solid choices. When there just a few days ago there were 5 employees in the kitchen busy as bees and getting it done. The downfall to being a busy business and not having enough staff(which is the case everywhere) is there are some things that don't get attended to as often as needed. The floors were a little sticky, but I'm not eating on the floor & it seems to be more from the sealant wearing off. Trays were piling up on top of the trash cans, customers were wiping off tables and not once complaining, and it was about time to change out the teas. However, if they had stopped for 2 seconds to worry about any of these things then the customers would have been waiting forever for their orders and would have been more upset about that. Lesser of 2 evils I suppose. All of the staff had a big smile and were very helpful w/any and all questions from customers. Food is def NOT overpriced at all. It's 100% worth every penny. Ignore the miserable crotchety folks and support local. Give em a shot, and if something is wrong just address it while you are there. You fail to correct 100% of the problems you aren't made aware of until way too late.

Got a booth directly across from the kitchen which was nice and peaceful. Almost as if we were the only ones there. Had wonderful service from a young lady by the name of Allison. The whole staff was swamped, but she took good care of us despite the crowd. Glasses stayed full, never felt rushed, food all came out in a pretty short bit. She even made some amazing suggestions that helped steer us into ordering some good stuff! Can't say enough about how well she and the staff were doing while we were there. We started things off w/the Street Corn Dip. Pretty good option for a few people to share. Tasted good, but I just kept thinking maybe there was something better to pair it w/than tortilla chips. Nothing comes to mind yet, but the dip can overcome the chip choice. Loved it! The I went w/their 14oz hand cut prime ribeye. Have to say...2 weeks in a row to be surprised by 2 excellent steaks that NO ONE ever said a word to us about. Really thought we had better friends. FYI: Skinny J's Paragould & now Lebowski's. Steak was cooked absolutely perfect! I'm not as big of a ribeye fan as folks around here seem to be, but I wouldn't be scared to send someone that way in search of a good steak. Never even thought about using any sauce. That roasted garlic butter on top was all I needed! to the chef! What you can barely see in the pic is the mashed potatoes peaking out from under the back corner of the steak. They were fantastic. Now, the green beans, not my style at all. I know this type is very popular and has been for a few years now, but it has never been how I like them. This isn't on them at all, but just my preference. I'm sure you can run w/a different side if you don't like mashed potatoes or this style of green beans. We weren't gonna do a dessert, but Allison sold us on trying the Southern Peach Cobbler. Clingstone peaches, local honey, homemade biscuit topping, vanilla ice cream, & topped w/some peach vanilla coulis. Pretty good dessert choice, but def suggest to get more moisture over the top if you order it. That biscuit top is very thick! I've been here before, but for just bar food really. Def glad Allison made some good suggestions or I might have done the bar food thing again. Go check em out & try some things you wouldn't normally try. There is some good stuff on their menu for sure! As always, visit often, love on the staff well, and tip even better!

The weekend Brunch menu is great fun including an English breakfast (one critique, the beans were a sort of Southwestern mashup when they should be simple baked beans; most famously Heinz baked beans...I'll let it pass for a first visit). Service was friendly, but not great. Appears they are still working out the details of good restaurant service. One fellow diner mentioned when a table based QR code ordering system was in place service was much faster. Again, seeing the potential here, not a big deal. The regular menu as well as the endorsement of fellow diners definitely makes Lebowski's worth another visit!
