During lunch hour on any day of the week (except somewhat ironically on Tuesdays, when they're closed) you can expect a steady stream of customers lining up for freshly prepared tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and burritos. I myself like to phone my order in advance so that I can grab and go, though if you do have to wait you can always enjoy a bottled soda or some roasted peanuts. The al pastor is savory and well seasoned, topped with crisp onions and zesty cilantro, and made all the more better with either of their two fiery salsas and a spritz of lime. Get them on corn tortillas for the street taco experience or on flour for an extra 25 cents each. I don't eat beef myself, though my friends have really enjoyed any of the bistec and barbacoa variations they offer. The perfectly salted rice and beans are not to be missed if you want to make yourself a taco plate - I highly doubt they are vegetarian, haha. Bring cash, though in a pinch they'll gladly accept credit cards. Swing by for lunch if you're in the area and you won't be disappointed!

I was also craving some elote in a cup. This was disappointing, it was literally canned corn with some fixings. They really could have escalates this to make it a highlight but it definitely miss d the mark. The truck is unassuming and parked inside a gas station parking lot, but don't let that scare you away. Hands down the most amazing barbacoa tacos ever. The salsa has just the right amount of kick and the limes, onion, and cilantro are served in the perfect ratio. It was delicious. At first, I order two then I had to order one more because they were just that good. The guys making the food inside were super friendly, too and are from Jalisco, so the name is legit! They have Mexican coke, which has real sugar, in the glass bottle along with other Mexican sodas. And it was super cheap! $5 for the 3 tacos, 2 cokes, and two sides of frijoles charros. Make sure to take cash though, they don't take credit cards. If you don't mind getting your food to go, or standing outside the food truck eating amazing tacos like we did, then hit this place up soon. Did I mention it's delicious?
