I had picked it up 4 minutes after receiving the text that it was ready. Firstly, the packaging - saran wrap is going to make your food soggy. Especially a torta. If anything a foil wrap would be much better. Presentation was way off compared to the other photos on here. In other photos, people received their crema on the side instead of in the actual torta. Located at a Check Point Convenience Store/Church's in the parking lot, with amazing tacos. I managed to pass the Check Point and get on to the next level, now I have to go and pray at a few Church's, and I'm in a hurry so I better make it Zippy, and then later I can relax and Taco my time. Some of the best taco truck tacos on the Southside of Houston, the Pastor are nothing short of wonderful. Checkpoint is a reliable gas station with cheap gas, and they also have a pretty tasty Church's Chicken location inside here. It's new and big and clean and always has plenty of pumps available, which is great. They have a convenience store and they even sell pretty good tacos inside here. So it's more like a four star gas station, honestly. I'd give the Church's a 3 or 4, same for the convenience store and the pumps, but I especially like the tacos that they have in the truck in this parking lot, although I can't be sure they're still here but I'll keep you posted. read more

Been here a few times, although the Birria is good, I truly loved the asada fries they made for me. It was a huge serving with grilled onions, both green and red salsa, pico de gallo, and crema.
