I've been searching for a really good Cuban sandwich for a long time, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The bread was perfectly toasted, the meat was tender and seasoned just right, and every bite was delicious. The service was friendly, and the overall experience made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. If you're looking for authentic Caribbean food and an amazing Cuban sandwich, I highly recommend giving Sazón Caribeño a try!

But we went on a Friday night around 6pm and half of the trucks weren't open. The alcohol one wasn't open either! We were waiting around to see if maybe they're just behind because we saw a guy there, but nope. There was barely anyone there besides us. This place is fun and clean, and has so much potential. Hopefully it gets more traffic and more trucks open up.

Every bite is loaded...a combination of fresh birria and the crispy chicharron...wow; it's been on repeat ever since...and that 6oz consommé on the side? Deep, hot, and perfect for dipping don't skip the lime, it takes everything to another level. First time here for both my mom and me and she gave it a solid thumbs up..which says everything. It had virtually no flavor and certainly did not taste like fresh lengua. It seemed old, dried out, and tasteless. We also ordered the birria ramen, which was so overwhelmingly salty that it was inedible. Unfortunately, both dishes ended up going to waste. Thankfully, we also ordered the quesabirria tacos, which were excellent. The tacos were flavorful, and the salsas that accompanied them were delicious as well. In total, we spent $63 through Uber Eats, and the only items we were able to eat were the three quesabirria tacos. It was a very expensive and disappointing dinner experience.

They load it up with tons of birria and cheese. The consome is hearty and delicious. It was about $30 and well worth it. The green salsa has a kick to it too. The service was friendly and very quick. El Camino always has a chill vibe and is a great place to come with friends to eat and drink. I will for sure be back here with friends for another birria pizzadilla. You can get Aguas Frescas, pollo asada, tenders, Dinorrito, alcoholic drinks, and so much more at the food truck park. I chose Los Weyes de la Asada. I had a Mamon Taco and the mini taco as de asada. The salsa was on POINT! The Mamon taco was my favorite. It was so flavorful and the salsa just put it over the top. The mini tacos were good as well. The meat was tender and hardly any fat. Service:Fast and people were super nice. Ambiance: this is a great hang out spot! There is something for everyone. Lots of food trucks to select from, beer, margaritas, aguas frescas, plenty of seating, area for kids to play, and plenty of seating. It's not far from several parking areas as well as Idle Brewery and other spots. Check it out!

As soon as the tour was over we walked back to the corner of W. Crockett and N. Presa to give them a try. Our tour guide was right, these are the best hotdogs in San Antonio. Bacon wrapped with a multitude of options for toppings, paired with a toasted bun, we literally sacrificed our keto diet on these. 100% recommend. We had two of the bacon wrapped with ketchup and mustard, and shared an everything (ketchup, mustard, mayo, and jalapeños). I can't decide which is better so you will need to give them both a try as well. Great location. Nice easy walk from the Alamo, and they are open late to give you the snack you need while doing a historic tour or of the city or spending a night out on the Riverwalk. I also have to give the guys working the stand a compliment, they were fast regardless of the line, and happy to be giving the customers a great experience. Bottom line, this hotdog stand is unlike any other I've been to (and I'm from the New York area - hot dog stand capital of the world). Go give them a try!
