Primera vez que fui por la recomendación de boca a boca, tortillas hechas a mano, solo tienen carne asada (única opción), los precios tomando en cuenta la media y que son de tortilla a mano son normales a cualquier taqueria con algo de fama en la Ciudad. Uno se imaginaria que cuando se especializan en un tipo de carne y con tanta fama, entonces ese tipo de tacos son espectaculares; tal vez yo me auto sabotee en darles expectativa alta pero puedo rescatar que la tortilla tiene un sabor rico. El servicio no fue muy rápido, ni muy amable; para alguien que no conoce deberían de explicar mejor el proceso que hacer caras y decir pues solo servimos esto y ya. Dejando el servicio de lado... No son los mejores tacos en Tijuana ni mucho menos en el Soler pero son mejores que muchos otros que he probado, les falta trabajar en darle más sabor a la carne para que luzca y no sean otras cosas que llamen más la atención, puedo ver porque hay tanto gringo visitando por tortillas a mano. Just came back from a day trip to Rosarito, had to stop by Tacos El Ruso on my way back. Had them for the first time about 8 years ago, I remember them being amazing second time around nothing has changed. Amazing quality of Carne Asada, salsa and guac. Easily the best tacos I've ever had in Mexico or Los Angeles. The group I went with was also amazed at how great they were will definitely be returning!!!!!!!! read more

Whish I coulD give them 0 stars!! We went there to eat today and it was an awful experience !! They have a new system where you have to place your name on a list and tell them exactly what you want to eat and how many ! We sat there 35 minutes without being served. The clients that were eating kept on requesting more and were being served so that delayed the list even more . The lady was not keeping up with the list and other people that got there before us were served . When we told them they called us liars . Very rude customer service, very unorganized, very dirty! I was looking at tHe meat and it looked so black !!! It had so much fat on it too. We used to love eating there before. They had other people working there before that new how to grill the meat and serve their clients. The new people there today did not have a clue about customer service, grilling asada , and cleaning the stand. We will definitely not ever go there to eat!
