This would easily be a five star place...if it weren't for COVID-19. This area is rampant with pandemic deniers and anti-mask people, and it shows. Though there is the required signage, they make zero effort to enforce it. I went in for take out, and the crowded space had one customer out of 20 wearing a mask. And a maskless employee was standing in the middle of the restaurant singing loudly and dancing to the music on the TV. Great for them for joy of living--super bad in the middle of a pandemic. The ONLY person who wore a mask was the one who took my order, and they only put the mask on when they came from the kitchen to the counter to wait on masked me. No other employee wore a mask. Customer entered, exited, and moved around freely without masks. Customers who were done eating and having animated conversations at their tables wore no mask. No capacity restrictions are in place. It's probably just the town because the local police arrived to eat here as we were leaving. No masks. That's all very sad because the food here is great. Had a carne asada taco and a abobada torta (sandwich). The only issue with either was they were pretty greasy. Nothing horrible, but definitely greasier than they needed to be. I saw some of the other dishes on various people's tables, and they looked great. The torta had two salsas, a green tomatillo one that was the bomb and an orangish habanero one that was also great (but hot). This small town has an abundance of Mexican restaurants. We looked at several before selecting this one, but we had no idea about the lax mask and other anti-pandemic measures before we entered. I'd return for the food, but I probably won't because they obviously don't care about their customers' lives. I plan to eat my way through the large assortment of Mexican restaurants in this little town. But this one is off the list.

The food is really good and the sauces have different favor of heat. A Must stop if you're in the area.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food and friendly service! It's like a taco truck that's grown up, and I mean that in the best way. :-)

I really enjoyed them! I've been craving mole for years and this chicken mole did NOT disappoint! It was rich, creamy and everything I wanted it to be. You can barely taste the chocolate but the color is a deep dark brown and that's what you should expect in a great mole. The chicken fell off the bone in the sauce. This mole sauce makes you want to lick your fingers clean. The beans and rice were also very fantastic. Definitely the best beans and rice that I've had in a while. I could make a meal with just those 2 sides. Can't forget the homemade corn tortillas. I received 5! They were piping hot with my to-go Mole. So hot I couldn't eat them right away! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burrito. The toppings were piled high with the beef, rice and beans. And it wasn't a small burrito, it filled up my big man. He didn't even save room for his fries. There must be years of cooking experience in that little restaurant. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Great amount of food for $30! And I got 2 meals out of my chicken Mole entree.

Fidelina's is a friendly restaurant in Ellensburg with huge burritos and great chips and salsa…read more We stopped in for dinner on a drive out East, and ordered chips/salsa/guac, a wet tofu burrito, and a plate of al pastor street tacos with rice and beans. Their chips are very crispy and fresh, and I really enjoyed the flavor of their salsa. The guac is chunky and delicious, tastes very fresh. My dinner buddy really enjoyed his tofu burrito, which he described as "so big, it's almost too big" and "the size of a baby". Can confirm it was the biggest burrito I have seen in a while. The al pastor was decent, although it did not have pineapple as Al pastor usually does, and strangely came with radishes and spring greens? A bit odd. The rice and beans were alright, not the best. Service was great, everyone there was very friendly and attentive and food came out quickly. We enjoyed sitting in their outdoor seating area, which was quite spacious.

Out of towners, here for the weekend and wanted Mexican food for dinner. Read good reviews on Yelp…read moreso we headed over there. The restaurant is very clean and simply decorated. We shared nachos and a burrito. Let's talk about the nachos first. They were served with sour cream and guacamole & were pretty good. Kind of dry, it would've been better if it was served with some salsa. The chicken burrito, but not wet. It had really good flavor and it was served with some green sauce that I really enjoyed. Overall a good place to eat. Bottom line, I would return. Staff were pleasant. And The bathroom was very clean and well stocked.?
