There was something in it that resembled a prune and I was wondering what the hell is prune doing in my Tortilla soup. My curiosity got the best of me so I cut it in half and popped a piece in my mouth. Then the heat set in, it wasn't a Prune after all it was a Chipotle Pepper. Anyway the soup had avocado and some chunks of Mexican Cheese in it, highly recommended. For my first course I had the Shrimp Dorado which was pretty tasty too. The dish had 5 huge Prawns stuffed with Chihuahua cheese and wrapped with bacon. The restaurant seems to be lacking in atmosphere so I had to dock them a star. This place is really popular with the locals, you won't find too many gringos here.

We also ordered a few flan which were perfectly made; so creamy and delicate: just the right amount of sweet. The enchiladas were balanced and the presentation was appetizing. The fettuccini was classically delicious. What a breathe of fresh air after several very sub par meals in several towns on our way. We're optimistic for the faire in Sinaloa. Very satisfied!
