Avoid at all costs…read more I had a terrible experience with Sofyano Tailors. From start to finish, it was chaotic and unprofessional. I was constantly chasing them for timelines, and they rarely picked up the phone. They told me my suit would be ready in a month, so I showed up on that date and they didn't even have the correct information on my order. They kept calling me by the wrong name, and when I finally tried the suit on, the fit was awful. When I asked the owner why the fit of this made to measure fit was awful, he shrugged and said, "I'm not a magician. Let me just give you a refund" that was a month wasted. That's not just bad customer service--it's insulting. The entire process made me anxious that I wouldn't even have a suit in time. I ended up going to Pursuit instead, and the difference was night and day. Pursuit was organized, welcoming, and professional. They delivered a high-quality suit that fits like a glove. Yes, it was slightly more expensive--but I'd pay three times more for the peace of mind and the product they delivered. Sofyano was a waste of time and energy. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

By the time it arrived, it didn't fit, and I had to spend another $160 at a local tailor. Shaun had said the changes would be minor, but they weren't. It's disappointing to pay for a fully custom suit and then pay again to fix it. I understand the weight loss played a role, but better advice could have avoided the issue--that's the kind of expertise you expect when going custom.
