Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D

What's the absolute worst?…read more Let me lay it down for you ! It's Friday afternoon, the weekend is upon you, and it's time to be done. The car will not start for whatever reason? Oh my here we go! And on top of it, your stuck at work and awaiting a tow truck . What happened? For whatever reason it needs to be towed? It's panic mode . Let's not freak that makes it worse! The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. Pit bull Towing you saved my Friday! Thank you. Then we could not get the car to behave the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept everything calm and had lots of patience . The driver dropped the vehicle at the dealership and followed all the instructions given to him. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy ! Whew, all is well and the next day with this company's business plan and everything running smoothly the car was ready the next morning. Would highly recommended this company anytime. Pitbull towing company is amazing and the prices are exceptional. Thank you again !

They said they could arrive in 20 mins. 20 mins pass, I get a call from my insurance company saying the driver was stuck in traffic and that it would take a little longer. I get a call from Pars shortly after letting me know the same. I appreciated the update and communication. David was careful when handling my car and kept reassuring me that my flat was definitely repairable. I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. Turns out the tech said it was just a small nail and was able to patch it! I'm so glad David gave me the reassurance about my tire. He was prompt, communicative, friendly, and handled my car with care.

Was quoted lower by another company but went with Sammy Emergency because of the price. I understand it was at night and on the strip, but I feel like it was a bait & switch scam. They didn't even have their logo on the tow truck, it was a different company's truck. Will use Google Reviews in the future.
