I can't thank Jon enough for being there to help my parents in their time of need. A week before Thanksgiving this past year, my dad's 17-year-old Silverado had an issue starting up. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. What a gem of a find he is! He responded to my texts promptly with courteous replies and offered a fair price for this battery replacement service. One would think this would be a slam dunk job. But, Jon discovered that the other company mechanic installed the wrong type of battery into my car last year and bolted it incorrectly.
