When I contacted the store for assistance, the associate was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a luxury brand with Gucci's reputation and prices. It is incredible that a company of this caliber does not stand behind its customers or honor the commitments made by its employees. Frankly, I would expect better service. I got better service at a 99-cent store. Gucci should invest more of the money it charges customers into properly training its staff in professionalism, communication, and customer care. I expect Gucci to address this incident, explain why the promised exchange was not completed, and provide a prompt resolution. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand.
