My husband purchased a beautiful necklace for me and the clasp stopped working right away. The clasp was so tiny I could not get it on myself and it would get caught in the pendant because it was so small. It was an expensive necklace and should work properly so I went and asked if they could put a crab claw clasp and they told me that would cost $200 more even when the other clasp broke right away and did not work for the necklace. I told them I would prefer to return my necklace if it is going to be $200 more. We were not rude or loud about it. I saw a similar necklace somewhere else for half the price but we wanted to support a local to our area family owned business. They then said they would replace the clasp for free to avoid a return. When my husband went back in to pick it up they told him we are no longer welcome to shop there. That was an easy one for us as we would have never gone back anyway after the way they treated us. I had an uneasy feeling about them and what they would do to my necklace after I left in their hands. I would never trust them with anything of high value again.
