While Krystal didn't have gowns that matched my exact height and style (something we had discovered in prior conversations), she went above and beyond and was still able to make my appointment special. She graciously hosted a jewelry and veil consultation just for me, and even took the time to help me search on Amazon for the perfect headpiece when she didn't have exactly what I needed in-store. Krystal was great!!! We went to another store the day before, they were trying to get us to purchase right then, however we wanted to shop more. I'm so glad we did. She found the perfect dress, correct size, no alterations needed ( except a few hooks for a bustle). Found a sparkly headband, chose to skip the veil all together. Krystal stuck with us. I visited Krystal's store in early August after scheduling an appointment through Yelp. She was incredibly responsive and asked for details or pictures of what I was looking for. She was upfront that with Covid she had received as many dresses and may not have what I was looking for right now. Because she had been so warm and helpful I was really eager to check out her store. While it is small she has quite the selection of options, that rotates out frequently. Some dresses are brand new one offs from other bridal stores and others are consignment. It seemed that most of the dresses could be taken in or out a few sizes so not a big deal if they don't have your exact size. The dresses I looked at seemed to be in the $150-300 range. This was the first bridal shop in my dress quest as I was hoping to find an inexpensive used dress. While that didn't happen Krystal graciously provided a few additional stores in the area to check out. I ended up getting a dress with one of the companies she suggested but would highly recommend this store as a first stop for anyone dress shopping. She also had a few "mother of the bride" style dresses, some really old fashioned dresses (perfect for Halloween costumes) and lots of accessories. read more

A big 5 STARS (and more!) to Krystal at Don't Box It Bridals! I had a different experience than many of the reviewers, as I wished to consign my wedding gown and consulted ahead of time with Krystal. I sent photos and information, however, it was determined that my gown wasn't a good candidate for her shop. But Krystal spent a lot of time with me in order to make this a good decision for both of us, and was very professional, warm and supportive throughout. She knows her business and customers, and I completely respect her decision. I was treated so wonderfully that I know she is someone who cares about helping people, making that the heart and soul of her business. Krystal even offered other suggestions about what to do with my dress. She really gave me her time and expertise as an additional caretaking step in this regard, too :- ) So I am still a very satisfied customer, despite not being a consigner! Thanks so much, Krystal! First off, Krystal is amazing. The shop is by appointment only and she took great care of us from the moment we walked in. She is super warm, friendly, helpful! Knew all the ways to get in and out of the dresses, helped with buttons and ties, knew what was more flattering of a silhouette, which veils, accessories, everything!! I brought my daughter to this store to find a veil to go with her First Holy Communion dress. Even though a veil is a small purchase, we were treated very well and given excellent customer service. Although there was a bride in the store trying on bridal gowns at the same time we were there Krystal, was attentive to us, as well as the bride. This is an adorable boutique with a lot of dresses and other accessories you'd need for a wedding or similar occasion. Krystal was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect veil to match my daughter's dress (we brought it in since it was a slight off white shade and not basic white). We were able to find a beautiful veil for a fraction of the price we would have paid if we went to a David's Bridal or other such store, that matched the dress perfectly. My experience with Krystal was fabulous from start to finish. I would literally give her 6 stars if I could. She responded to my message (sent from Yelp) within 15 minutes (might have been less), and gave me clear instructions about how to book an appointment on her website, which was very easy to do. When I arrived in her shop, she warmly welcomed me (and my friend who came to give feedback about dresses I would be trying). I immediately felt like I was in the right place, just because of her genuine sweetness. She gave us a brief rundown of how her shop was set up, and basically set us loose to browse and choose gowns to our hearts' content. She had plenty of variety among her stock, with no two gowns exactly alike - and she encouraged me to try on as much as I liked, even if I didn't think a certain look was the direction I'd be going ("When else are you going to get to try on a ball gown??" she said. I had SO much fun!). She was super attentive and also chose a few for me to try, after seeing some that I picked out myself. She helped me into and out of every dress, and offered knowledgeable feedback about alterations - if there was something I didn't quite like about a dress, she was able to tell me if I had options to play with, or if I was better off trying something else. I LOVED that she was able to share this information so readily; I felt like I knew what I would be getting myself into upfront, with any gown I might choose. This is a big part of what made the whole experience so delightful. It was so clear to me that she totally loves what she does! We had so much fun the whole time we were there, and I never felt rushed or pushed. Krystal communicated clearly about whether I could put dresses on hold, and for how long; she said she would never want someone to rush into a decision about their wedding dress - she wants you to be absolutely sure, and totally in love with the selection you make. Even if I hadn't wound up finding my wedding dress at this shop, I would STILL give this same review, because the experience I had there was phenomenal, and finding the dress of my dreams was kind of just the cherry on top of a lovely day. read more

Krystal was so amazing! When I tell you this place is as good as it gets I mean it! She let us know that we definitely did not have to make a decision on a dress the same day and even offered to hold them for 72 hours! When we told her what we were looking for, she immediately let us know that she did not have anything in the style we showed and gave us names of other shops in our price range who might. I love this Store! I called them to see if they can make Greek Wedding crowns and candles for my friends wedding and mail them to me in California. Krystal, not only was able to do it, she was able to do it in the short time line that I gave her. She was hundreds cheaper than all the other places I looked into. She was warm, helpful, and not at all pushy for you to buy a dress, she will let you browse and put things on at your own leisure, wonderful for introverts like me! Nice large three mirror for dress viewing. Didn't need the dressing room so I don't know about that, but the bathroom was very nice. Long fails, crowns, jewelry. Dresses too but didn't look at those.
