Tadd is a great agent. When I first started this process, I knew nothing at all! Having Tadd as my agent made it as easy as 1 2 3. It was 2:00 in the morning when I was on the internet looking for houses, when I found a decent looking house and clicked the button to view the house. It was only a couple minutes later when Tadd emailed me back. At 2:00 in the morning! If that already doesn't show dedication, I don't know what will. So then that weekend I was already off viewing houses. It wasn't to long after that until I found my dream house. He got it all started and he did all of the negotiating. By the way, Tadd is a really good negotiator, too. I got a great deal. A week down the road or so we found out the water was bad. But Tadd explained everything to me very thoroughly, so I did not have to worry one bit. I was also 100% sure Tadd was doing everything he could possibly do to ensure that the closing date wouldn't be moved back any more than it had to be. After that, before I knew it I was in the title office getting the title. He even helped me understand every paper I was signing.
