Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. Upon calling it was considered an unforeseen risk and that we would still be responsible. Bjorn was particularly angry and not willing to listen to my concerns. I offered covering the labor and splitting the restocking fee but was mocked as "wholesale wouldn't do that for us". This completely shattered my trust in Bjorn as he seemed to be more worried about the money than the customer.

They came back once more and patched a few more spots which STILL leaked. We were patient and understood it can be a guessing game. We called once more and they said they would send a guy out Monday or Tuesday. Those days passed and nothing. We called again and they said a guy claimed he came to finish the job and no one actually did. We've now been calling and messaging several times a week and they're no longer answering or responding, just completely ghosted us. We hired them because they had reasonable prices, but a classic case of you get what you pay for.
