The offerings indicated someone who cooked using a bit of flair and looked like they knew how to enhance a dish with sauces. I selected the Rosemary Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. Now these are not like any quesadilla I've had as a "appetizer" at many restaurants, this was a creative melding of intricate flavors into a quasi-soft shell taco/quesadilla. The grilled chicken had great flavor and the bacon and ranch really complemented the quesadilla. The tortilla was perfect, slightly crisp, and held the entire quesadilla together and didn't fall apart after the first bite.
