We had a horrible experience with this sign company. We shipped them a sign to install at my…read morecustomer's office. It was very simple - 3 dimensional, lightweight aluminum. First, they (Janie) flaked on my customer 2 times (no call/no show) before actually showing up to install the sign. Finally they show up and install the sign. They didn't follow the template and some letters were crooked and everything was squished. It looks horrible. Next thing I know pieces of the sign are falling off the wall. We requested that they go back and rehang the signs and fix the crooked letters. They said all the right things, but after a month the sign still wasn't fixed. Mysteriously, during this time two pieces of our sign got bent and we had to remake those. We finally found another company my customer had used before and they fixed the sign. There are so many other bad things that happened during this time, but in the end know that their work is shotty, the communication horrible and they have no pride in their work. Find another sign company to use. I've shipped these signs to installers across the country (so this isn't my first rodeo) and have never had such bad service or sloppy work. Oh yea, and they cashed our check before even doing the work. Awesome!
