The old blonde lady was a bitch. I went in with my daughter to get a simple Id. I went online to Oklahoma.gov and it said walk ins are welcome no appointment needed. There is also so way to schedule appointments for ids on the website. Once I got there I told the lady we need to get a id and she said do you have an appointment? I told her no, I didn't know one was needed. I went on Oklahoma.gov and it said to visit any of our locations no appointment needed. She said we don't follow that.... I said you don't follow what's on the Oklahoma.gov website?? She then proceeded to get louder and say no, we do things differently here... So if you plan on taking off work to get a id or driver license, tag or whatever else they fucking do be prepared to be turned away if you don't have an appointment. They also don't answer the phone if you wanna call and make an appointment so go figure that shit out. read more

If i could give negative stars I would. The worst place to go in town for tags. If you have questions dont ask them because they act like doing their job is impossible. I had a car registered there last Sept received my title via mail. Now this year I'm told my title is electronic, it was emailed to me( they don't have my email) and refused to give me the site name to get my title or her name over the phone. Which is fine because I know what lazy beluga had attitude (also told me to pay may car off) I will be filing with BBB for withholding my title to a car I own! I arrived a few minutes before opening and they opened the doors on time. I got in very quickly to register a new car and was out within five minutes. Wow how rude!! I know it's Covid times, I'm a healthcare worker,....I GET IT! But the tone and delivery of the greeting I received walking into the office. There were no signs stating the limit of people inside NOWHERE. "You need to go back outside" ,.. I'm thinking seriously,.. that's the way you can speak to customers? A gentleman tried to help by volunteering to brave the cold, and I declined. I was fine, and then the second time after they told me to go back out again, (a customer came in and sat at the Drivers License desk so that made me # 6 person again) ,...the gentleman insisted to go out in the cold. Rude Rude Unorganized they don't care! Never will I go there again. I will drive to the next town before I go to the tag agency! They only take 10 per day for driver license. The first day I waited in line I was up next, which I was the tenth person. I was talking to a kid that was behind me, he mentioned he took off work to get his license. Since I am not working I gave him my spot so he did not have to miss another day. I got up early the next day there was already a line I was again the 10th person. Waited 1 hour before they were open. After they opened a employee come out explain they only take 10, explained to everyone the process and what is needed. She took the first group of 5 inside the rest of us were to wait. While we were waiting people were arriving and us in line explained to them they are not taking any more Driver license. A young lady walked up and I asked her if she is there for her license she said yes. I explained to her we all are in line and they are not taking anymore people. She went back to her car come back with her Dad and they skipped the line and walked right on into the tag agency. This did not sit well with me. We have been waiting 2 hours now. I open the tag agency door and before I could do or say anything a employee YELLED at me " you can't come in only 5 people allowed inside". I said " we are out here wait in line and these people skipped the line, knowing we are out here waiting. One employee was yelling get out the other was saying there is nothing we can do. BS you can not serve the folks that skipped the line and why did you not yell at them get out like you did me? The first employee come out with a note paid and said we now have 6 in there she started taking names of the people in line. Guess what! Because those assholes skipped the line, I was bump to #11. Because they only will do 10 they refused me. Stating there is nothing they can do. BS . I always use the tag agency but I will never go back there. You don't yell at customers! That right customers! I went here to get help with a title issue. Is was told they were unable to help me, but gave me a number to call for instructions on how to fix the issue. I called the number and received instructions from a Service Oklahoma agent who was concerned that this tag agency refused to take the time and clear this matter up but instead had me do the leg work. After following the instructions given by the agent, I returned, waited in line again, just to be told that they did not know the fax number to which to send the requested document as instructed by the agent and that it was too late in the day to send it. I stepped out of line again to call the Service Oklahoma agent again. This time I spoke with a different agent, who again expressed disappointment in the fact that the tag agency wasn't doing its job, gave me the fax number, and assured me that she would be there to receive the fax. I stood in line a 3rd time and was again told it was too late to fax the document because the Service Oklahoma office was closed. I remained calm and polite but had to walk away and never return to that agency again! read more

Only safety code they've tried to meet is the capacity allowed, which is extremely disorganized and defeated the entire purpose of enforcing this rule. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I just called this tag agency knowing that it was well after hours to find out if they have an after hours message that would say if they were open on Saturday. Surprisingly someone answered the phone and she was none too happy. She proceded to lecture me about how, "like most other businesses in Oklahoma, we are closed at this time of day." They are quick and efficient but more than that, they deliver news of fees and regulations with a friendly smile! I've always experienced good customer service here and will inevitably return. I was the first person in line for 36 minutes. They said my tribal membership card was invalid and it was not, I called my tribe (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma) to verify that. I got into a verbal altercation with her and then she verbally attacked my co worker who was sitting in a chair and not paying attention to anything that was going on. I bought car tag there not long ago and my tribal membership card was valid at that time...I will not go back to this agency. On top of the rude employee, it is dirty inside. read more
