Belt broke on my truck. The guy came out to look at it and told me my truck wasn't drivable that I would have to call a tow truck. He told me the belt was hooked to my water pump which was a lie and if I drove it I could cause more damage. Me not know much about engines I believed him. Later on called my mentor and my father and they told me everything he said was false. Anyway paid a 200 dollar tow bill for no reason. I did however need a new AC compressor and the shop actually did good work on my truck and got me rolling in a timely manner. I don't appreciate being lied to though and getting hustled by their after hours guy and the towing guy. read more

They claim to be a truck service center but they don't even have a key cutter to make copies of keys. They said I would need to go to Sikeston to get them done. How about I just go to Sikeston for all my Freightliner needs? read more

After having a horrible experience in Nashville, TN with the Freightliner dealer there, I found kind caring people working at the TAG Truck Center in Sikeston, MO. Chris was especially good at explaining things in a way I could understand and took the time to answer all my questions. For all the Freightliner Chassis Owners Club (FCOC) members, this dealer is NOT an Oasis dealer but still treats you well. Before I left, Robby Phillips, the Vice President of the TAG Truck Center made it a point to introduce himself and listened to my good and bad Freightliner experiences. It also sounded like the company might be considering again becoming an Oasis dealer. Because of my horrible treatment in Nashville, I will be looking for Oasis dealers in the future. My hat is off to the TAG Truck Center, either way. read more
