Fortunately for me, they had about eight vans that were comparable to the van I was working on. The process was easy. I had checked online so I knew they had four vans on site that were matches. Knowing what you are looking for is a big help. The rows are pretty well indicated on the outside of the sections. Each vehicle has its own label to identify model & year. The counter staff was helpful. The check out was great. I paid about forty times less for my part than to get an OEM replacement. The vehicles are spaced well enough apart to easily work on them. You need to bring your own tools, but I feel that's common sense. If you're coming to find a part to harvest, you best bring your gear, otherwise got to an auto parts store. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for a first timer. Thank you all for your help, and for the off duty police office who was there to keep us safe.

They have an electronic sign today that says they open at 12:00 pm but they're not even open and there's a bunch of cards out here waiting to get a lot they need to do a better job of communicating when they're open or be open when they say they're going to be starting to get disappointed at this business.

When I asked if they did, he said he didn't know if they had or not. Just a very poor experience with a Nissan approved dealership which I thought could have been handled with much more professionalism.

I am patient so I just figured what ever, but they knew they would not get it on Monday and was iffy on Tuesday. They lied to me to get the car, still awaiting the check. I lost one good car purchase because of the run around. Close to losing a 2nd. Just saying, don't sell your car there, and based in the service, don't buy from there. The lady I dealt with was the only good thing, Crystal or Christina, she was polite and tried to help me its the management.
