The manager at Blackdog was also very kind and gave me a full refund since it turned out not to be a pest control problem--even though they had done a full inspection and set out poison and traps. Texted the guy, who said he "messed up the schedule," then proceeded to give ME attitude when he was 100% in the wrong. I called him to see what the issue was, he admitted he was wrong, but then said the appointment was actually scheduled for tomorrow (was anyone going to tell me that? Guess not) and then said he's "not interested in degradation" (apparently calling BS on his lame excuses counts as 'degradation') and finally said he "doesn't want to do the job anymore." So that's how you'll be treated if you call this company. I recommend you don't.

Yay!), then offered to check around for fleas and termites as well! He even found the holes in our house where mice snuck in and gave us some sticky traps. Previously to James coming out, we had been no showed by Terminix 4 times (Reason for the 4 stars). James called me at about 10am today and said he would come between 3-5 and he showed up right at 4! Jim was very friendly and professional and had a great price. He happens to stop by on a rainy day which was good because most of the bees were "home" that day. After he pulled the soccer ball sized nest out of the ground, I realized I never had a chance. He was in and out in about a half hour total. No more bees.
