The parking lot in my opinion is way too large for the customer base at the small plaza, although its better than trying to fight for a spot.

I drove past the Texas Roadhouse, First Watch, fitness center, around past another outbuilding and there's the Hobby Lobby and Kohl's before finally spotting the Dollar Tree. There isn't very good mapping or signage. Lots of parking, lots of great lighting. Entrances at Dani Drive and Challenger Blvd on 6 Mile Cypress Parkway both have traffic lights. Ross, Staples, Dollar Tree and Publix form the majority of the width of the plaza with a couple of small outbuildings. There is also a Great Clips, Moe's and a nail/spa.

Lowe's, Publix, Michaels Petsmart, Bed Bath & Beyond and ALDI are the main stores, but they also have a cell phone, bank and coffee shop. It is a large shopping center, and much of it stands vacant these days, though a couple of big chains still anchor the property. Advance Auto Parts and Family Dollar remain in place, giving the plaza at least a bit of steady traffic. Beyond those anchors, there are several smaller tenants scattered through the property. The laundromat was my destination today, and it shares the plaza with a hair salon, a sub shop, a smoke shop, and the always recognizable Twistee Treat, shaped like a giant ice cream cone and impossible to miss. These smaller businesses give the center a little more life than you might expect at first glance. From what I can gather, the plaza dates back to around 1973, and it carries the look of a property that has been through several eras of retail. Both…read moreare very busy roadways so use the entrance on Cypress Lake that has a traffic light if you're crossing traffic. Costco is the main draw here with the largest foot print and the most parking spaces. Costco also has a Gas Station so there is a lot of traffic for that. The larger building at the north has pizza, CBD, hair salon and cleaners. The larger building at the south has TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Staples and such. Outbuildings include the oil change shop, a cell phone store, Chick-Fil-A and Bob Evans. The traffic light nearest to Costco isn't awesome and has a strange design. If you can exit to the south/east, you'll be better off. There is a lot of traffic here and many hidden spots. The center includes Bealls Outlook, Planet Fitness, Joann Fabric and Crafts and a large 16-screen movie cinema. I was here for the Starbucks that is in an independent building at the south side. There is easy access from multiple entrances and exits. The intersection at Pine Island and US-41 has a traffic light, so you should have no trouble getting in or getting across the traffic. Exits on to each at this shopping center that is anchored by the Publix but there is also a phone store, nail salon, UPS store, hair salon, sushi/Thai, Chinese, Mexican and a pizza place. All the ethic food groups are represented! The mall is in good condition though I think some of the landscaping needs to be trimmed back for better visibility and security.
