You could plug a literal potato into the wall and get better internet than they provide. Am currently paying $70 a month for 350 mbps download speeds, which work excellent, however, the upload speed, which is supposed to be 30-40 mbps, has NEVER gone above 10 and usually sits at or below 1.0, yes 1 mbps, good luck trying to do anything online with this garbage. After multiple visits, the technicians still cannot fix the issue, saying the job can only be fixed by power line certified technicians, and not home technicians, well here I am, 2 months later, still having the same dang problems. The only reason I haven't switched is because of it could be fixed it would be an excellent plan to be on, unfortunately, the bums are too lazy to get off their butts and fix their services. They added charges to my bill, did not notify me of added charges, then put a loan out on the extra 20 dollars they added without notifying me. They were extremely rude and unhelpful when I attempted to get the charge removed, and made multiple promises of calling me back, which they did not deliver on. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. This is the first review I have ever left... it was that bad. I am not the only one with issues with this company, just ask around town, you will head many bad stories. From the internet not working to added charges, this is not the company to use. so awful. we have had them since we moved to town because there were no other options. Customer service is AWFUL (at least at the Tahlequah location, the CS at the central location is not bad but pretty useless all things considered). There are outages ALL the time. We pay for high speed and barely get a fraction of it (but it's our fault because we use our own modem, which is bunk). They refuse to upgrade or maintain their infrastructure at all. Well.... Where do I begin? I am stuck having this company as the only cable internet service. As far as I know, they do not plan to upgrade their services anytime soon. The peak hours, where the connection is slowest, is pretty much all day. 3Mbps. On a good connection, I'll get around 20Mbps. That is usually around 2am. I wish they were more customer oriented, but since they run the show in this town, they aren't willing, or maybe not even capable of, making things better. I know, I know.... Its a small town and I should be happy that there IS internet, but it's a college town, and a growing town, so it seems that they would be interested is updating their services. I lived in a small college town in California and they upgraded their services. I was barely satisfied with their 120Mbps, then I came home and realized that, this IP hasn't updated their systems since they started providing internet. This internet is very bad. They advertise connection speeds that are way off. My upload is 5-7mbps. Download is 5mbps, but occasionally less than 1mbps. Rude staff at office. Customer support consists of endless waiting on hold to a 1-800 number. Internet encounters frequent interruptions in service without explanation or reimbursement for days it was down. To top it off this month we have received two bills. Once earlier in the month that was paid and a additional a couple days ago. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I'll say this I'm currently with this company every day from 7pm to nearly the next day my internet will dip it will cut out all sorts of stuff I've called multiple times and every Time they will only try to reach me early in the morning and only call once I work night shift so I'm never awake early. I signed up when I went to stay with my sister and was working from home due to COVID-19. I explained this would be temporary living situation and the person stated that was not a problem with it being a COVID contract. To make a long story short I got shafted into a one year contract with early termination fees. So much for Tahlequah Cable helping during an epidemic. I was even told they would listen to my initial conversation where the service was being set up. Didn't matter. Nor did they get back with me. I had Tahlequah Cable for a year in my first apartment in tahlequah. We waited over a full month for them to come install it. There was not a single week that went by that I lived in that house where e did not have multiple problems with our wifi not working, turning off completely, or just not showing up on our devices at all. If you use it on more than 2 DEVICES it will stop working on all others. Anytime you try to call them they are nothing but unhelpful and rude and to even TRY and begin to get something done you have to drive down and go to their office in person to even get them to pay attention to you. Typically whenever they get around to it, just when they feel like it they'll send someone to "fix it". The couple of times they did that for us the dude was asking us questions and what we think we should do. Left without doing anything but unplugging it (which he had done) and without fixing anything. I recommend ANY OTHER OPTION. read more

Horrible company. Bad technology, and their employees do not understand the products they are selling. They advertise digital cable, but the quality is poor and only a few channels come in with decent quality. They stick you with a horrible 200 early termination fee and it is not prorated. The cable internet and several channels continue to go out even though I have had several techs come out to fix the problem. I am about ready to cancel, but of course the ETF makes you think twice. In Tahlequah I would recommend one of the satellite companies who at least prorate their ETF and have much better picture quality. The cable internet is fast (when it works) but you must order the TV to get the internet. I am paying $95 per month for poor quality service. They of course entice you with a low introductory rate, but of course don't told tell all the hidden charges that you must pay (i.e. the receivers, and modem). They advertise the tv and internet at $29.95 each on their website but fail to mention the extra charges like some Cable Tier service at $18.87, a digital value pak at $10.00 if you want to get digital cable, on top of the $29.95, then you have a $3.00 cable modem charge, $5.00 DVR upgrade, and $6.95 digital receiver charge. My recommendation is to stay away from this backward company if can avoid it. read more
