On a Friday night I was doing laundry there because it's pretty quiet here. While my time there I had to use the restroom. While using it the employee slammed on the door saying he needed to pee. I finish up as quickly as I could so he could use it. I placed the keys on the table closest to him since he said he needed to use it, but instead he grabs the keys, locks the bathroom and is extremely rude to me. I approached him about why he had to rush me out and lie just to lock the bathroom door and not actually use it. He told me I threw the keys down and never answered me why he had to kick me out. He runs to the commercial area of the laundry mat and closes the door between us and locks it. It was such a weird and upsetting interaction over nothing. During this time I realized I had an error on my machine and the employee refused to help me. I don't understand what his problem was. Of all the years coming here, every two weeks for almost 6 years, this was the rudest and oddest interaction with an employee.

Do not go here for alterations. I took some pants in to be…read morealtered but they don't do any measurements for you, you just have to give them the measurements you want. The problem with this is you don't see what the final product is going to look like until they have actually made the cuts. I took my favorite pair of pants in to be altered and they are completely ruined and unwearable now. I went in to try to get a refund and the person there argued with me for several minutes before finally giving me a refund, but she would only do so by keeping the pants. I refused, a $25 refund is insulting compared to the price of the pants. Terrible service, terrible work, don't go here.

I wanted to evaluate this as a potential site to do laundry. My landlord used to be here, so I am familiar with this area. This laundromat is in the Kingsbury Center, on Kingsbury Grade (NV SR 207), between Chevron and USPS. It is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, with last wash at 9 PM. The doors automatically lock at 10:30 PM, with exit, but not entry, allowed at that time Immediately off the bat, what troubles me is this is in a crowded, tiny plaza with three stories worth of businesses. Parking is is very difficult, so you might have to push your cart full of clothes a little distance. It is a little better at night, but when I have gone here then, parking was still a pain. In addition, this is a very, very small laundromat, about 1/4 the size of most other laundromats. And it was crowded when I went at about 2:30 PM. I could not walk around without bumping into someone. There were also few clothes folding tables, few carts available, and no bathroom, from what I could tell. The laundromat was not attended from what I could tell. The building was old and the floors were dirty at where the rug began. The outside seatng was very dirty. On the positives, there was free wifi, a TV with remote, two change machines, an ATM, a sink, and a laundry vending machine. The laundry is monitored 24 hours a day via cameras supposedly. There were a few chairs inside and outside as well. Wash and fold service is available according to the sign. There was also no curb to have to contend with when pushing your cart out to your car. I hate to give this laundromat a low rating, but it was just too small and claustrophobic for me, with difficulty parking. It's a complete no-go unless maybe if you go at 6 AM when no one is there? Even just a few people there makes it crowded and hard to pass others.
