The problem with this is you don't see what the final product is going to look like until they have actually made the cuts. I took my favorite pair of pants in to be altered and they are completely ruined and unwearable now. I went in to try to get a refund and the person there argued with me for several minutes before finally giving me a refund, but she would only do so by keeping the pants. I refused, a $25 refund is insulting compared to the price of the pants. Terrible service, terrible work, don't go here.

Not only was my drop off ticket incorrect and missing an item (which I had to call back later and correct over the phone) but they lost (for 2 hours) one of my vintage velvet coats that was somehow separated from the group of clothes upon pickup. It made this business look very shady and unpro and made me wonder if the girl at the corner was trying to rack my jacket. My clothes however were well taken care of and nicely pressed.

The old owner was very helpful and offered suggestions for pillows and other items to clean. They couldn't clean a 5x7 area rug though in case anyone was looking. I am very pleased with them and would def go back for other dry cleaning items.

Being a 'senior citizen' now, I lost inches and needed the skirt taken in for his celebration of life in California. Maria helped me and the alterations lady pinned the skirt to shrink it down. I got a text the expected day that my suits were ready for pickup. When I went in she had an envelope attached to one of the suits and she said there must have been something left in the pockets. When I looked in the envelope out in my truck, there was an old airline luggage claim ticket and 3 $1 bills! Must say they are honest there. It cost $49.50 for the three suits. I'll go back there if I ever need something else cleaned.
