We decided to rent one and give it a try. We spoke with James in the lead up to our arrival to coordinate the campground, site, delivery, etc. Communication was great from the start, and delivery went smoothly. He parked, leveled and set up the RV for us. We were introduced to our RV and how to operate many of its functions. After five nights with the RV we were very happy with our time there. Once we were done, James was there to pick up the unit, and we were on our way home. Our daughters loved not having to sleep "in the dirt" and I have to admit that I enjoyed not having to drag them to the restroom in the middle of the night! All in, this was a very enjoyable experience for everyone in our group. We look forward to doing this again.

Owning a recreational vehicle is an investment. While enjoying that investment is a must, "arriving alive" is the top priority! Just when you think you are getting the hang of it you are sharply reminded how much you still do not know & how much still there is to learn. That is why having Jason and a dealer like Western Sky's a true good luck charm. We brought our tailer in to have my furnace serviced. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! I am incredibly thankful to Western Sky's, and to Jason for showing us how to check our hitches integrity frequently & adding this to our safety check list. All around a great experience with some really nice people. We love our new rv and couldn't recommend these people more!

The service is excellent and the price is more than fair. You meet at the Incline Beach which is private but Katrina and her team can get you access at $15 per head but the total price still is better than the competition and recommended to pay the beach access. The tubing was a blast (actually an inflatable mat) but the wake board was difficult since the hardware was damaged.

Great to see our favorite bikemaster, Phil, greeting us warmly upon arrival. As usual, he made us feel at home as he walked us through the paperwork and the bikes, giving us tips on spots that we might like to check out along the route. He made sure that we were squared away, comfortable, and confident before we took off on two two-wheelers and one trike. We had a fantastic time riding, exploring, and even stopping for a lunch picnic at Mt. Tallac where we were joined by ducks---great day and a wonderful memories for us all!!
