Holden was a great captain for our excursion - he played good tunes and was a skilled driver. The day we went out was great, with only a few other boaters on the water. I didn't really know if 2 hours would suffice to ensure everyone had a good time, but it was just right! I highly recommend this team - their boats are beautiful and getting in and out of the Homewood marina was a breeze. Zero complaints - all praise, here!

While $900 for a half-day may seem a bit pricey, keep in mind that it includes fuel (which is easily $300+ these days) and can have up to 8 ppl. With 5 people, it was $200 each, or $50/hour. Worth it to me! The workers today (Tim, Wes and Rob) were super helpful, informative and patient. Love that they come and meet you/park the boat themselves at the end of your trip. Boat was clean, comfortable, had lots of storage. They let you go to Emerald Bay, which not all rental companies let you do. We will definitely be back!

The price was decent compared to other rental shops. The one thing I was disappointed in was that there was an extra "top off" fuel charge about 8%. There is no real way to know how much fuel we really used. I do like that other places just build that into their prices, maybe a suggestion for the future? Regardless, both guys were great. But…read moreTNT refused to refund the money even though the contract states - "Customers will also receive a full refund or credit (customer's choice) in operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances" Even with repeated requiests TNT refused to provide us a refund and offered only a credit for a later booking. We had no plans to return to Lake Tahoe as the initial trip was planned for our extended family visiting from India. Finally we relutanlty agreed as they offered to compensate with 2 nights of hotel stay at Harras or Harvey's on a later trip along with two days of Jet Skie rental. But when we planned the trip this year in Aug 2023, they reneged on your written offer to comp 2 hotels nights siting high rates. This was informed to us after we booked out flight tickets and we had no options. Finally we ended up having to book separate Hotel for two nights and spending an additional $700.
