Even though they let us make an appointment and wait a week to find out they were just going to "look" at it. Second off, they are rude. So we know we aren't the only ones. I'd go anywhere else. I'd drive to ranch Cordova, Concord or Redding before working with this boat company again.

Do not use Incline Boat Storage!…read more We had a Chris Craft boat stored with them for 2.5 years and they would perform work on the boat without asking and then send invoices demanding payment. These were not small services but were over $1,000 plus. One for the outdrive (see review by Sandra - as this seems to be their MO), we did not ask for, they performed, demanded payment and then 6 months later demanded an additional payment for the propeller as they damaged it in the service. When we said we would not pay for a propeller they simply took the one they had replaced off and said - here is your boat without a propeller! When we finally moved the boat away from them they came up with two additional, non requested services, and said if we did not pay they would not release the boat. The family running this business is shady to say the least - passed down from one generation to the next. Do not store your boat with them unless you want to be extorted and ripped off.

She was super warm and helpful right off the bat. She asked me to describe what was happening, and told me she thought it was an easy fix. Instruction for the boat took about 10 min tops with a very chill and nice dude. One thing I appreciated was that they only count the time on the boat from when you pull away from the dock to when you return. Thus if it takes 30 min to check-in and load the boat, that doesn't count toward your time. Boat itself was super clean and performed flawlessly. The day was windy and we were warned multiple times but we went out anyway and had a great time. It took us about 1 hour and 10 min to boat down to Emerald Bay and maybe an hour heading back (going a bit faster) in case anyone is curious. My only one small negative with the Marina is that gas costs 2x what it does at the nearest station in town. My guess is that most marina's will bump this up but this seemed excessive. Gas for 3 hours of boating was $145. Still, all in, it was a great deal and WAY cheaper than some of the other places I've seen on Yelp. Will definitely be returning!

Great communication throughout, called me multiple times to check in and were accommodating in allowing me to drop the boat off and pick it up. A great experience all around.
