Over the course of four years, Chuck took the time to show me a dozen houses - practice, we both agreed, to see what sort of things are on the market, what I wanted in a house, what sort of questions I should ask. He never rushed me, never pushed a sale, and was always the soul of graciousness and patience. Last year, we were hitting Go Time and finally ready to buy a house. I called up Chuck, newly moved to Signature Properties from his previous place. We decided on a house and made an offer, and boy is the process for first-time buyers tough! Nothing changes that. But through it all, Chuck's level of patience and compassionate support seemed bottomless, in the face of second thoughts (twice) about the house and a dozen questions in a day about which he always called back within an hour. I'm sorry to read others' reviews of poor experiences with one of Signature's agents. I never worked with anyone but Chuck, whom I recommend highly to friends, family, and Yelpers.

So I can't say I've done business with these folks, but I can say it's kinda sad when a business is "open" only about 8 hours a week and can't even get their phone system to handle voicemail messages. Seems Fusion isn't a serious company and should be avoided when practical.

From the minute we signed our listing agreement over three months ago we have consistently been experiencing great mistreatment, deplorable and unethical customer service, conducted with total unprofessionalism. They seem to have their own agendas, as we have never been treated with any respect or felt heard or valued as a client. They have refused or ignored all of our simple requests, including being added to MLS alerts for showing requests, and feel like we have been kept in the complete dark, with them seemingly telling us only what they wanted us to know. They have dodged and deflected our questions and concerns, they have not responded to us in a timely manor and have not kept their word when they say they will do things. Our listing was lacking in specifics and riddled with incorrect and misleading information even after we repeatedly let them know of it. They continued to leave it uncorrected and have done nothing apart from posting our property to the MLS and their website to market it - they didn't even offer us a lock box but had 4 keys made, or put up a for sale street sign. We can't understand their erratic and nonchalant behavior as the market is hungry for properties while the area is lacking them and they currently have very few listings and sales. Their website has their recent stats - check them out! They've even had to close one of their offices (Lake Placid) recently . Regardless of our listing being incomplete and incorrect, we had over a thousand views and a hundred saves on MLS and only one showing until we started to complain and miraculously the request began coming in. At that point we refused all showings out of utter mistrust and not wanting to have anything to do with them. We have asked numerous times to be released from the listing agreement but have been denied every time, without any apology or effort to make things right with us. A couple weeks ago they dropped our listing from MLS and their website but still refuse to release us from the listing agreement, purely out of spite and vindictiveness. We are utterly baffled as to why they would treat my 86-year-old mother and I in this deplorable fashion. I gave them one star only because I have too not because they deserve any.

He really works for you. We sold our house in June of 2024. This was a complicated transaction due to timing. But Rich handled everything and made it work. He sold the house in 3 days, we got an offer above the asking price. We were able to close in 2 weeks and have the money sent to another state for a closing on July 3rd. On top of all his skills he is kind. At our closing he presented me with a book of pictures of my home(that was being sold). He knew how much I loved that home, now I have a great book of that home as a memory.

Unfortunately some management hasn't had a day of hospitality training. After moving out, our security deposit took three weeks to come back to us and was written incorrectly so we could not deposit it. We politely called to have it reissued and the assistant immediately had an attitude with us. After 5 minutes of belittling us, she hung up on us without offering a solution. Sad to say this isn't the only issue that management has had with tenants, but definitely the most shocking since all we asked for was our money back. Keep searching unless you have the patience to deal with constant emails, multiple apartment checks, and rude secretary.
