Had a on and off broken shower that would get "fixed" and not work again within the week. We had to use pliers to turn the water on and off. When we complained that it was too cold, maintenence came in and stapled translucent sheeting to the windows. Tacky. Picked a random house to live in, they'll move in anyone. Apparently this Real Estate company isn't interested in actually SELLING real estate bc when I called to try to make an appointment Neil Fessette was incredibly rude! It's 4:45pm and he kept saying "call me at the office tomorrow - it's Sunday Night!" #1. He answered my call. #2. He asked me about my interest and which building. THEN he can't even say he will call ME back tomorrow? He posted his number on the sign! So, we contact a different realtor to see it tomorrow (obviously I'm not going to use him!) and he tells THAT Realtor that the property is not for sale, and texts ME this: "You can feel free to call any agent you want but as I said, I am NOT working tonight! It's my wife's birthday and I am with my family....I thought your call was from a family member otherwise I would not have answered. I own the property you called about and it is not in the multiple listing service." I'm SO making a complaint to the NYS Real Estate Ethics Board!
