I chose this middle option after reading many tinting reviews online, and I chose Auto Trim Design because they use Llumar. I'm happy I chose them. They were easy to work with, the installation was quick, the price was good, and after two months my windows still look perfect. We called this place and they immediately took our car in. They had to order the window but said it could be done by Monday at 9am, maybe earlier. They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.

They responded quickly via Yelp and provided me with clear pricing options. I called and scheduled based on value and the warranty offered on Llumar films. I had them on my van and liked them. On the appointment day, I dropped off my SUV. There was a little confusion and a mention of possible glare that caused confusion in my choice of ceramic window tint. It was resolved after a bit of discussion. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed on my car. It's still in the curing stage so hoping this film will last a long time and hold up well in the months to come. I'll be booking this shop again for our second vehicle soon.

Second, when I got to the new place, I didn't see NW Premier Autoworks signage. I went inside and a gentleman had me write down my info on a sticky note and said someone should be in soon. I am guessing they must sublease space there. In the end, the installer and owner did show up and did great work tinting my two front windows on a new 2020 Highlander, just a bit of a strange start.
