That's ridiculous in itself. But today when he came home, he was FUMING. He was next in line and all of a sudden it said 57 minutes. So he asked about the wait, and one of the hair stylist was leaving which put him waiting another hour. So the lady came back and cut my dad's hair. And you can tell it was done by someone who was in a hurry and only cared about getting out of there! It looks terrible and he will be back tomorrow to complain! They shouldn't have let him leave like that!
